Benjamin 'Ben' Lucas Tennyson (Main character)
A reincarnated man who still carries some of his past life's memories. Now he is in a world like the Marvel comics and Ben 10 TV show.
Wielder of the Omnitrix, and prospective hero. After he finally realized that even with his past memories giving him an edge and carrying the most powerful piece of technology in the world, he needed to actually use all of his resources to his advantage.
So many thoughts of what could happen thanks to his past life, he writes everything in a journal to keep his mind clear and have some peace of mind only to realize there might be too many changes with the fact that Ben 10 and Marvel are crossing over.
Now he will make sure to consider what others will do and the best way to deal with them. 'Plan for the worst and hope for the best.'

Gwendolyn 'Gwen' Tennyson
A cousin to Ben, she is the smartest member of her family in both academics and logic, and is often looked for when they need a more analytical mind. She is very caring to her family but will fight them when she thinks they are in the wrong.
Although she can be respectable to strangers, she will tear them apart if they turn out to be a danger to her family.
She has trained in different martial arts and, thanks to her grandfather, has learned how to use different alien technology, including but not limited to computers and weapons.
Now she does what she can to help her cousin with hero work and tries to show she can be just as amazing even without an alien watch.
Maxwell 'Max' Tennyson
Grandfather to both Ben and Gwen Tennyson. Having trained as an airforce pilot and astronaut, he was scouted by an unknown organization calling themselves the PLUMBERS (a space police task force whose goal is to help different alien plant civilization and preventing alien wars from happening to the best of their abilities).
Currently retired, he spends most of his time enjoying his days with his family. That is until his grandson gets the Omnitrix. Now he helps his grandson with hero work and tries his best to instill in him a sense of responsibility and make sure he doesn't do anything he would regret.
Nicholas James Furry
A veteran soldier from World War 2. He has taken a variation of the super soldier formula called the Infinity formula and now has managed to maintain a younger age. However due to his long life and experiences he tends to be rather cynical toward people, and has a mentality of 'the ends justify the means'.
After the arrival of the Omnitrix and the discovery that the Tennysons are involved with the current extraterrestrial invasions, he tries to bring them into the fold and have them work for SHIELD. Because of this he tends to but heads with the Tennyson patriarch, receive nothing but scorn from Gwendolyn and be looked at with derision by Benjamin.
Now, all he can do is keep them at arm's length and try to make sure no one realizes how involved they really are.
