Being Loki in the Mcu is not easy!

Luke was reincarnated in another world with a mind as powerful as Reed richards, Tony stark, and Victor von Doom, a system, and the ability to configure his skill set in any way.
Problem is, He is reincarnated in a universe similar to the Mcu, as... Loki.. and he needs to be as famous as he can, otherwise, he, well, dies.
