“A vampire Master? As our Gamma?!” Someone exclaimed and I was honestly astonished that despite everything I just told them, THAT was what got them muttering and mumbling in contentment. Not even when I told them that I was a witch and this was my first gig as an alpha hadn’t garnered such outrage.

Great!

But then again, there was a chance that they already suspected that the pack was finically screwed and/or could feel that their new alpha wasn’t a wolf. I honestly hadn’t been a supernatural long enough to know for sure…

“Is this a joke?” Another one explained and the pack meeting was slowly turning into a riot. We decided to meet in the huge downstairs ballroom, as it could easily house all the pack members.
