Capítulo 272: CH272: BEAST VS. ARMY

A total of six portals appeared and surrounded the soldiers with one more appearing before the beast.

Immediately, the soldiers opened fire at the beast, but all their attacks were sucked into the black portal that was in front of the beast.

"It's not working. Call for backup."

A need to move quickly arose in Dezhong, prompting him to dive head-first into the portal before him. The portal vanished, and so did the beast. Suddenly, one of the six soldiers shrieked in pain, their body numbed in pain with a trickle of blood flowing down from their back.

The others turned around and faced the beast which had their comrade grasped within its paws. The beast slowly suspended the soldier above ground as it placed one of its claws on his neck.

"It's threatening us?" 

"Damn it, this beast's somewhat…sentient…"

"It's not a Mutant?"

"Mutants like it are no longer alive."
