"Are these all the ones you've found?"
"Indeed, many have been brought by force from nearby villages, and many more go unnoticed due to the fear of being killed by House Targaryen."
"The famous dragonseeds, are they receiving training?" Haldor approached a vast space where several young people with white hair were wielding swords.
"Since the day they arrived, my Lord."
Haldor nodded slightly, and as he arrived, Daemon watched those warriors fighting with their swords. "Are those the bastards you've been secretly gathering?"
"They will ride my dragons," Haldor said, smiling slightly.
Daemon looked confused and asked, "Your dragons?"
"There are more wild dragons than you can imagine. I currently have twelve in my possession, ten of which are adults, all tamed by my dragon, who is the alpha of their group," Haldor said, pointing to the area where those dragons could be seen.
Azazel had a special connection with Haldor; he listened to him and was excellent at taming other dragons to serve him.
In a battle for the world, to win the war, one must use the tools at their disposal. Haldor understood this better than anyone, so he began taming wild dragons, and his skill reached a level that surpassed even the dragons that were the protectors of the Seven Kingdoms.
Among all his close ones, only Rhaenyra knew about this. She, who was now pregnant with her first child after several years of marriage, was the one with whom Haldor shared his plans.
Everyone was ready; though it was unknown when the White Walkers would attack, they were strong and fearless.
But Haldor believed it would be unfortunate if they attacked when he was dead; that would be a complete disaster.
"The adults won't be a problem."
Haldor looked at the bastards training with swords and said, "Lucian will evaluate them. Those who pose a threat to the plans will be eliminated. If there are trustworthy men among them, then we can depend on them to defend the North."
In extreme situations, any man with a dragon could pose a problem for the crown. Haldor understood this better than anyone, so he made sure Azazel maintained close control over the new dragons in their ranks.
This idea, of course, was rejected by Daemon: "We have to kill them all. If you give them access to a dragon, their dormant ambition will awaken and become a problem."
"That may be true, but as I said before, they will all be evaluated. We need dragonriders. Both my future son and yours are too young to understand war."
Daemon now knew about that prophecy. He wasn't sure if it was about his niece, but he would undoubtedly fight the war that was coming.
Whatever comes from the far north, he will face it and demonstrate his amazing skills on the battlefield.
Knowing they were in a race against time, Haldor simply made quick preparations to relieve the tension at the Great Wall.
