Capítulo 3: Chapter three:Suprise
We mostly talked while we waited for our parents. When they came back I knew something was wrong. My mom and dad were staring at me. " Mom , Dad what's wrong?", I ask. My mom motioned me to follow them , I got up and followed them. Once we were out of earshot, they stopped walking and faced me. " You're getting married to Felix, we arranged it when you were born", my dad said. I gasped. Tears started to well up in my eyes.
"I should be the one who chooses who to marry not you!", I yelled.
" We did it for our business ", my mom said. Tears were rolling down my cheeks now. I was so upset, they didn't even think about saying hey, your getting married to a guy you only met once, instead they kept it from me all these years 16 to be exact!"You lied to me ", I said, you said once I was old enough to move out I could do whatever I want"."Yeah , that was before we started being business partners", my dad explained.
" I HATE YOU AND YOUR STUPID BUSINESS!", I screamed.
Before I could react my dad slapped me hard against the cheek. Then I heard footsteps coming from behind me . I turned around and saw Felix. And he was mad. "DONT EVER HIT HER AGAIN!", Felix roared. My parents took a step back . And then another. I ran over to Felix and hugged him. "I love her!", he yelled while looking at my parents.
"How can you love her, you don't even know her", my dad said. " We know each other we went to school together and dated for two months", Felix said.
My parent's eyes went wide." I thought you were faking that relationship" , my mom said. I laughed hard and coldly. " You thought I was lying about him", I yelled while my hands curled into fists. I pulled my phone out of my pocket of my dress and turned it on. Then I walked over to my parents and showed them the home screen. My parents gasped at the same time. It was a picture of me and Felix on a date.
I turned it off and put it back in my dress pocket. "Well now you know, I don't fake things and lie about stupid things", I yelled.My parents had this shocked look on their faces. Like they have just been told they failed at life.
Which they probably have, because of how bad they've been to me. And I know that God would never forgive them. And to be honest if I were him , i wouldn't forgive them either. I will always hold this grudge against them. I will never forgive or forget how miserable they made me. And I bet Felix wouldn't either.
" Mom , dad , I told Felix everything, so you better watch your step", I say. My parents mouths are hanging open in shock. " You're not welcome here", Felix said to my parents and then pointed at me and said " She is welcome here". Then I kissed him on the cheek.
