it was there in the mist of blood smoke and fire he found himself a new family one that he would protect with every fibre of his being even the parts of himself he has yet to fully understand

It's a pretty good story honestly. The only downside is that, The grammar is bad. Not in a sense that it gives you stroke when reading it, but just enough to confuse you a bit.
