Capítulo 247: Caught -2

"I…." She tried to explain herself but couldn't find the right words. 

He opened the book and ran his hand on the pages as the faint smell of old book wrafted in the air.

"Hmm... interesting…" He said while reading some pages of the book. Katie was fascinated by how speedy his eyes ran over the line.

She looked at him with twinkling eyes. From the age of fifteen she has become an orphan. In the days of loneliness father Connor took her in and opened the world of knowledge to her. In the limited time she spent with him she learned how to read a bit. She was working in this manor for almost three years now and when she got time she always read something to improve her reading ability.

She was looking at the man and suddenly he looked upward catching her staring at him. 

Katie was caught staring at an esteemed guest and she soon ducked her head down.
