As Nouflex lay on his bed, he began to feel strange yet powerful sensations coursing through his body. The steady rhythm of not one, but seven heartbeats thumped in his chest. It was an undeniable sign that he had indeed inherited the Demon king's Bloodline.
'So, it's real.' He thought, looking at the ceiling of the room. The changes were subtle, but they were there. His strength felt sharper, and his body was more resilient. Yet, despite all of this, something felt off.
He knew very well the full extent of these powers. 'A two-fold power boost in demon mode, and a .2.5x boost in assault mode on top of the heavy demonic pressure. Not bad... And let's not forget this healing factor... it's insane. I could recover from almost anything within seconds.'
Still, there was something weird...
'As much as this ability is cool and everything, SS rank? Really?' He thought, his brow furrowing. 'I mean, sure, it's powerful. But SS rank? I don't see how having multiple hearts or a healing factor makes it that much more dangerous. Maybe S rank, but SS? There's got to be more to this.'
'The system's never been wrong before tho...,' He reflected.
"System, explain why this bloodline is ranked SS, and not S, it doesn't seem that special to me." He asked, waiting for the system's response, hoping it would reveal the deeper truth behind his new bloodline.
The system's voice echoed in Nouflex's mind, calm and authoritative as always, clearing Nouflex thoughts.

Nouflex's eyes widened in surprise. The idea of immortality had never crossed his mind when considering the Demon King Bloodline. His mind flooded with questions, but there was one he needed to know immediately.
"Does this mean… every time I die, I'll lose my emotions like Meliodas? If that is the case then I don't need it, I ask for a refund system!" He said acting hurt as if the system betrayed him.
'Seriously, I can't afford to lose control or become emotionless, this will affect my plans and how I deal with things.'
The system responded swiftly, its tone calm and reassuring as always.
[Rest assured, host. The system is designed to serve your best interests. It has removed the emotional debuff associated with the curse. You will not lose your emotions upon resurrection.]
Nouflex exhaled in relief. The system's reassurance quelled his immediate worry. "Ohhh system, I knew you only wanted the best for me. I love you too system hehehe." He joked, excited after hearing what it had said.
[Whatever makes you hard...]
"Huh? What did you say? Did you just crack a joke on me?" I asked with a fake serious expression.
[It is just your imagination host]
"Yeah, that's what I thought." Nouflex's mind drifted to another thought, he still had that random S-rank summon stored.
'There's no need to keep it in storage now, is there?' He mused.
He had been so focused on everything else that he'd forgotten about it but now seemed like the perfect time. With all the chaos brewing around the dragon mission, having another strong ally could only benefit him.
'System.' Nouflex spoke up internally. 'Spin the S-rank summon now.'
The system responded instantly, as always.
[Yes, host. Spinning the random S-rank summon now...]
A sudden white light illuminated the room for a few seconds then it started taking shape in a human form, and after a while, it finally settled.
Opening his eyes again a fair-skinned girl with an exaggerated blush on her face was looking at him.
She has a pretty cute face, inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, and her wide smile was also rather feline exposing her pointed canines which were longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance.
Her hair was a pale, ash-blonde color which was styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe, and two chin-length side bangs framed her face.
She is wearing a short dark blue squirt and an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs alongside a red scarf that she tied loosely.
So any guesses?
Looking intently at her, I couldn't help but think of how cute she was.
Suddenly she made two victory signs with her hand as she started. "Himiko Toga dessuuu~ Here to serve you master~" Her voice was excessively cheerful, but I liked it.

'She is going to be super useful' This was the only thought crossing my mind.
'Like, in both ways. Her powers are super interesting, she can shapeshift into anyone for as long as she wants, as long she drinks enough blood of the said individual. For example, 1 cup of blood allows to her transform for a total of 18 hours. Not only can she copy the victim's voice, but also his ability, but only during the transformation.'
'But dude, just look at these legs and that expression on her face...' I couldn't help but let out a weird smile myself. 'Finally, someone to match my freak.'
Nouflex pulled away the blanket, revealing both his and Fubuki's naked bodies, as he sat on the edge of the bed, this made Toga think of all kinds of scenarios making her blush intensify.
He was curious to learn more about her, this new summon with such a unique and dangerous ability. Deciding to break the silence, he began with a casual question, his tone friendly but probing.
"So, Toga." He started, taking off his blindlod revealing his special Heterochromic eyes, though his expression remained relaxed. "How old are you exactly?"
Toga's smile widened, her eyes gleaming with excitement. "I'm 17! Soon to be 18! But you know, age doesn't really matter when you have fun, right?" She giggled, her voice light yet tinged with a hint of something darker.
"What about you, Nouflex? You look strong. I like strong people… especially when they're bleeding."
Nouflex chuckled softly, noting her words. 'Interesting.' he thought, 'Definitely on the more… unstable side.' But her chaotic nature intrigued him, not unlike a wild card he could play at the right moment.
"I'm a bit older than you, 19." He said, then he continued. "But age aside, I think we might get along well. I have big plans for this world. I'm gathering strength, resources, and allies." His tone shifted slightly, becoming more serious. "You'll have your part to play in all of this. I need sharp minds and abilities like yours."
Nouflex stood up and walked to a drawer, then he pulled out his boxer and started wearing it.
Toga's eyes lit up, and she took a step closer, her gaze fixated on Nouflex with an unnerving intensity. "Sharp… like a knife?" She whispered, leaning in. "I love seeing red, the way people look when they're hurt. They get all soft and weak, no matter how tough they act... It's fun, don't you think?"
Nouflex observed her closely, noting the excitement in her voice, and the way her eyes sparkled at the mention of blood and pain. 'She really is a psychopath.' He mused, a subtle smirk forming on his lips. But instead of being put off by it, he found it… oddly endearing. The way she viewed violence with such a childlike glee amused him.
"Couldn't agree more," Nouflex replied, his voice calm but playful. "Though I think there's more to this world than just spilling blood. But I won't stop you from enjoying yourself, Toga. After all, even I have fun in my own twisted manners." He leaned forward slightly, locking her gaze. "Just make sure that fun lines up with my objectives, and not harm those useful to me."
Toga tilted her head, her grin never fading. "Oh, I like you! You're fun! Maybe I'll drink your blood one day too… but don't worry, only if you let me. Hehehe~" She giggled again, spinning in a small circle as if they were talking about a casual topic, not violence.
Nouflex couldn't help but chuckle at her carefree attitude toward mayhem. "We'll see about that." He said with an almost proud smile. "For now, welcome to the team. I think you'll fit in just fine."
Toga smiled even wider, clearly pleased by his words, and for the first time, Nouflex felt a sense of excitement himself. His team was growing in strength and... Unpredictability? With Toga on board, he knew things were about to get even funnier.
