Capítulo 55: Ch 55: A warm welcome

Lisa's start to the job had been rocky, but she was surprised that things settled down around the closing time.

A rush crowd wanted to grab one last coffee before heading home, keeping the staff busy enough not to pay attention to what Lisa was doing.

Sitting and watching the crowd rush to grab the last-minute coffee suited her perfectly.

"Finally! We are done for the day. It was a good sales day for us all. I'm sure this happened because Alpha Rose decided to step by. There is always a large crowd on the days she comes."

Julie stretched her body to eliminate the kinds that had built up in her body.

It made the manager and a few others stare at her with an expression that Lisa was familiar with.

'I should not think about it. It's better if I don't remember my home and what happened there.'

Lisa turned away from the display before her, and her eyes met her black-haired self.
