Capítulo 257: The runner

All the eyes in the room turned heavily on me dawning as the walls begged to crush me between their hug. "Am I supposed to play along with that joke?" I asked trying to gulp down the nervousness in my voice. 

Hailey presented a wide grin to me, "if you want to play along the truth." 

I had ruined my mission. She knew and many other in the room knew. The Cermesi clan was so close to my family they could easily pay a visit and enquire about me. The mission was going to be left incomplete. How did Hailey know about my true identity? It was so stressful for me right now thinking my plan to use the rising war spirit to stop the war seemed like it would nothing but fail. I was the closest to complete my mission. To bring Zelda with me and prove to elders of their unexplained hatred. But here I was so close to the finish line and my luck giving up on me. 

Zelda was here and the misunderstanding was in a full swing. Now was the time to strike.
