Once they were done with the second one, for the third shop, Tapiwa was planning to use it as a clothing shop. So, she provided the designs after explaining them to Bella once again.

Bella held the three design drafts carefully, as she didn't want to lose them and become a sinner.

With all three shops looked at, it was starting to get late, so Tapiwa had everyone go to that famous restaurant where they dined elegantly before returning to the manor.

At the manor, Tapiwa sat with Bella for another meeting. Using the figures, she came up with while planning the designs for the renovations, Tapiwa gave Bella some money.

She didn't know how long it would take before she came back or anyone else for that money. So, despite the risk that Bella might flee with her money or even sell her manor while she was gone, she still gave the other enough money to last the household for six months. Plus, the money needed for the renovations in the future.
