Nadine looked up and saw Jian's face, which smiled playfully at her.

Nadine also unconsciously let go of her smile.

"So that's it." said Jian feeling happy to see Nadine smiling again.

"Jian, have you checked your wound yet with Frans?" asked Abay who had just entered to see how Ardham was.

Nadine looked Jian's eyes, and looked up and down Jian's body.

"Is Jian really hurt, Uncle?" Nadine asked Abay who wanted to enter Ardham's room.

"Asked Jian Nad, sorry for him." said Abay as he opened the door to Ardham's room and went inside.

"Ji, where's the wound?" Nadine asked seriously.

"Right here." Jian replied pointing at his heart with a smile.

"I'm serious Ji! Where's your wound?" Nadine asked, looking annoyed.

"I'm all right Nad." Jian replied as he rolled up his sleeved shirt, revealing a gunshot wound that was still bleeding.
