Capítulo 85: February 6, 2021: Avoir un coup de foudre
As if there was not a sliver of regret still lingering in her body, Syn decided to take part in the game that Konrad was playing.
She refused to be toyed with.
She refused to be on the losing side.
After all, it was a game that she had been playing for a few years. It shouldn't be a challenge for her to go along the man's whims.
The three opted to stay inside Syn's apartment all the while waiting for the arrival of Konrad's men, who're going to be responsible for assisting Raeliana on her way back home.
For the moment, Konrad was urged to sit on the chair near the sink -- the only one chair that Syn had ever bought. In the meanwhile, Syn was preparing three cups of coffee by the kitchen counter beside the stove. The coffee was brewed from the Arabica beans that her uncle gifted to her.
