During the times when Maxwell would display his unfettered enthusiasm in preserving his pride, Raeliana would find herself missing the man who she had willingly given herself to. However, there was no use to dreaming about a different life. She was already used to enduring the consequences of her choice. Her children, who never failed to make her smile day by day, had become her beacon of hope in the midst of the storm that they were going through. 

And now, Raeliana had summoned enough courage to oppose Maxwell.
