Capítulo 172: I'm Sorry, My Love

Yzranth was pleased with how things were going. He managed to get everything taken care of with the replacement Spyro and Hannah thought his behavior change was odd but didn't jump to the conclusion that it was a different lizard. 

Why would she? The logical conclusion wasn't that someone had broken in and swapped them out of her locked apartment, even though that was what happened. 

She moved in with him after that and he was almost completely content. There was still the issue of him not being her mate the way she was his but all in good time. He could be patient…or so he thought until he got that horrible phone call. 

Yzranth had been reading an article on the internet at home when it happened. He hadn't expected to hear from Hannah at this time of day but hadn't been suspicious at first since it was coming from her number.

"Hey, Princess. What's up?" he asked cheerfully.
