I'm planning on giving some to various people I know and figured I could give some to you too since you picked me up when I'm the one who is supposed to be treating you," Cora said.

He took a moment to process his surprise. This girl really couldn't stand owing anyone anything, could she? He felt like he couldn't say no to an offer like that simply because he knew his brother would really love homemade treats and Rosetta wasn't much of a baker.
