Capítulo 60: The Rise of Jericho Part 3
For a year straight, Jericho has been harming and terrorising the people of Wariko. His gang members have noticed the quick change in action and his attitude.
He made an example of the members that tried leaving him, causing everyone to stay.
Machete had a talk with Jericho.
"Hey, I thought we were protecting the people of Wariko, not harming them!"
"So did I. Until they came."
Jericho starts smiling.
"You know I asked him, 'is this how it feels to be a Peace Hunter?' He said no."
"And?"
"And now, I know how it feels. How he feels. It feels amazing Machete!"
"Jericho! Are you insane!"
"Watching people's dreams shatter because of me, it really puts a smile on my face!"
Jericho starts laughing maniacally.
"MACHETE! AS SOON AS I GET OUT OF THE PEACE HUNTERS GRASP, LET'S GO AND CRUSH THE DREAMS OF EVERYONE!"
"Jericho, what are you saying?"
"I'm saying, me and you are meant for bigger things. Things bigger than the Peace Hunters and D.O. We're made to be at the top, the top of all dreams."
Machete gives in. He sighs.
"Fine. To be honest, I don't care what you want to do. You freed me from Tsunuma. So whatever you want to do, I'll be right beside you."
"See. This is why I picked you as my right hand man."
