Ayana was looking at Luca as Ayana tried to organize her thoughts which was futile because the answer was there. She didn't want to say that because she was searching for some excuse.
Ayana sighed, "My feeling was not important. We would not work, it would not work, there was a mountain in front of us, and the hardest one might be your family. I am only human. They would hate me and it won't be long till their patience runs out and they would try to get rid of me," Ayana finally said, filling the silence that was starting to suffocate her.
"It's important because I am confessing to you. Just tell me honestly how you feel."
"You know how I feel, it's just…." Ayana sighed and only looked at Luca. She was already making too many excuses.
