Resumen
Damien had always been told that when he met his mate for the first time, he would immediately know them as his intended. As a lone wolf raised among humans, Damien long awaited the revelation of his destined love. But everything goes horribly wrong when he meets his mate, the vampire responsible for the death of his pack! There’s no way Damien can accept his fate, even if it kills him. He’ll just have to kill the vampire first.

Having followed and read this book as it’s been released, and having read to the current highest chapter (55), I’m ready to review! I haven’t seen any grammar errors, and the author has a very clear writing style! The author developed and presents their world very well, and many of the characters have distinct personalities. Emotions and internal conflicts are written wonderfully! Despite the slow burn aspect of the book, I have not felt any major downtime or boredom whenever I read this story, and it always feels like things are building up to something major or significant to the story.
Obligatory Author-Review Here! This is a story that gives equal weight to both sides of this bond - a werewolf who doesn't want to be with a vampire, and a vampire who doesn't want his destiny to be tied to anyone else. Both of them will need to go through a lot of struggles before they will be able to understand each other, much less trust each other. In other words, this story is such a slow burn, it's basically a few stray sparks that are smoking ominously in a pile of damp moss. In addition to the main romance, this story also includes a small cast of side characters, and has a lot of world building connected to the development of the main pair's romance. So, if you're someone who enjoys the politics and intrigue of a high fantasy world as much as the romance between characters, this might be the story for you! The story is currently updating on a weekly basis (because this is not my full-time job T.T), but I might be tempted to update more often if I get more reviews, comments, or power stones! :D If you have any questions or comments that you'd like me to respond to, feel free to reply to this review, and I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can!
