Emma sat in her office at Site-19, along with Cain, 191, and 166. She was hunched over her computer, trying to make sense of the camera footage as the system was still malfunctioning due to the lingering effects of the dark aether infecting the network.
Cain looked over, feeling concerned. "Any luck with the footage?"
"Still trying," Emma responded with frustration in her voice.
After several attempts, Emma finally managed to pull up a video feed showing the underground parking lot. On the screen, they could see site staff, SCP guards, and MTF personnel loading up staff and less dangerous SCPs into vans and trucks. Cain noticed it as well.
"Good. They're still alive," Emma said, feeling relieved. "We might be able to meet them, but contacting them? I'm not sure."
"Me neither," Cain replied with a serious expression. "But we have to try the latter."
————————————————————
Down in the underground parking lot, Agent Sophia, along with the MTF and SCP guards, were working quickly to load every staff member and SCP they had into the available vans and trucks. Beside her was Stella, the SCP known as the Star-Eyed Child, who held Sophia's hand, clearly afraid.
"I'm scared," Stella whispered in a small but trembling voice.
Sophia knelt down and reassured her, "We'll get out. Just be brave."
Stella nodded, trying to hold back her fear. Then, the growling started, causing Sophia's head to snap towards the emergency staircase doors that were barricaded. Dark aether zombies were on the other side, trying to break through.
"GRAAAAAHHH!!!" the zombies roared from behind the barricades.
Sophia stood up quickly. "Load them all now!" she shouted urgently.
The MTF and guards moved into action, their movements frantic as they tried to load the last of the personnel and SCPs into the vehicles. Just as they managed to get the final group inside, the zombies broke through, but the last vehicles already sped out of the parking lot, with the undead creatures chasing them as they disappeared through the tunnel.
————————————————————
Back in Emma's office, she sighed in relief. "Phew. They got out… but we're still stuck."
Cain pulled out a long-range radio, trying to contact Sophia. However, all they got was static. Then, they both noticed something odd, which is that the computer screen began glitching uncontrollably.
"Hm?" Cain and Emma exchanged glances.
Suddenly, the arms of the Thin Man emerged from the screen, reaching out to grab them, but Emma and Cain quickly jumped out of the way as the Thin Man slowly began to emerge from the monitor.
191 and 166 gasped in shock.
Emma was quick to respond. "Okay! We're running to the rooftop!"
Without wasting time, Cain scooped up 191, and the group sprinted out of the office. They dashed down the corridor, but as they ran, Emma, Cain, and 166 began to notice something was wrong. They were moving slower than they should.
"Huh?" Cain muttered, feeling confused.
"Why are we slow?!" Emma shouted in panic.
Turning their heads, they saw the Thin Man, who was walking towards them, teleporting ten or five steps ahead at a time. It wasn't teleportation in the usual sense, it's his manipulation of time was causing everything around him to slow down while he moved at a normal pace, making it look like he was teleporting. This twisted manipulation allowed him to catch his prey with ease.
"We're still ahead of him. We can make it," Cain urged, pushing forward.
They saw an elevator ahead and rushed toward it, but even the elevator doors were opening at a painfully slow pace due to the Thin Man's powers. He was getting closer.
"No use! We'll take the stairs!" Emma decided, veering right toward another corridor.
They hurried down the hallway, but their movements became slower and slower while the Thin Man's teleportation seemed faster and faster. Cain spotted a vending machine and knocked it over, hoping to slow their pursuer. The Thin Man, however, simply walked over the obstacle as though it wasn't there.
"There!" Cain pointed to a door ahead.
They reached the emergency exit doors just as the Thin Man was about three meters away from grabbing them. With effort, they flung the door open and slammed it shut behind them. The moment the door closed, the effects of the time manipulation ceased, and they could move freely again.
Emma exhaled, "We made it."
But no sooner had she spoken than they heard roars coming from below as a horde of Dark Aether zombies was rushing up the stairs toward them.
Emma groaned. "Me and my big mouth."
The group raced up the stairs with the horde hot on their heels. At the top, they burst through the door to the rooftop and slammed it shut behind them as they could hear the zombies pounding against it.
"This won't hold for long," Cain warned as he scanned the rooftop.
His eyes landed on a metal bar. He quickly grabbed it and secured the door by wrapping the bar around the handle and a nearby pipe.
"That should do it," Cain said, satisfied for the moment.
They were oblivious to the figure standing on the helipad until he spoke.
"KNEEL BEFORE MY PSYCHO POWER!!!"
The voice boomed across the rooftop as the man raised his left hand, which began to glow. Suddenly, all four of them were lifted into the air by an invisible force.
Emma gasped, "What the heck is this?! Telekinesis?!"
The man, dressed in a red military uniform similar to a Reich general's, grinned. "It's psycho power."
Cain's eyes widened. "You're that video game character Dr. Bright once showed me!"
This was M. Bison, the leader of Shadaloo.
M. Bison chuckled, clearly amused. "So you know me? Interesting."
He pulled them closer to him and sneered. "Your name is Cain, the girls are 191 and 166 respectively, and this woman…" He glanced at Emma. "…is still a mystery to me."
Emma struggled against the force. "How do you know them?!"
M. Bison grinned wider. "Simple. One of our allies delivered data on your Foundation and world to the Forsaken from your precious but now-destroyed Site-17. We know most, if not all, about you."
Emma stared at him in disbelief. "No…"
Bison laughed maniacally. "Yes. And with my deal with the Forsaken, I can rule not only my world… I CAN RULE THE WORLDS OF EVERY MULTIVERSE!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
Suddenly, a man with a sword leaped toward Bison and swung for him, but Bison swiftly backflipped away and landed on the grasslands surrounding the site. Cain, Emma, 191, and 166 fell back onto the rooftop, dazed. They looked up and saw who had attacked. It was Abel.
"Abel?!" Cain exclaimed.
Abel, eyes focused on Bison, readied his sword. "So the location was right… Now cut your head off!"
Using his telekinetic powers, M. Bison flung Cain and Abel off the rooftop, and the two crashed onto the grasslands about ten meters away from where Bison stood. As they quickly got to their feet, Cain's powers immediately activated as the grass and soil around him withered and died, leaving a barren patch of land beneath him. M. Bison barely paid any attention to the devastation as he focused entirely on Abel, the one who had ambushed him.
"Ah yes," M. Bison said with a cruel grin. "The genocidal brother himself... 076... or Abel, for simplicity's sake."
Abel tightened his grip on his sword and spoke coldly. "You stay out of this... whoever you are."
M. Bison gave a mock bow. "My name is M. Bison, leader of Shadaloo and master of psycho power." His grin widened, eyes gleaming with malevolence. "And your demise."
Abel wasn't fazed. "You can kill me, but Cain is my kill. Besides, you can't hurt him with his powers. Only I can, to a degree."
M. Bison nodded, as if considering Abel's words. "True... the data did mention his powers." He raised a hand, summoning a glowing orb of psycho power. "Let's test that."
With a flick of his wrist, Bison hurled the orb at Cain. It whizzed past his right cheek, hitting a rock behind him and blowing it to pieces.
There was a moment of silence, then a soft drip sound. Both Abel and Bison stared in surprise as blood trickled down Cain's right cheek, a scratch mark visible where the orb had grazed him. Cain touched the wound, clearly shocked.
"Blood?" Cain said in disbelief.
M. Bison rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Hmm… it seems those of us from different universes can harm beings like him. Our bodies follow different universal laws, so when two beings from separate universes collide, the results are… surprising, to say the least." He smirked darkly. "Now, to kill you both and take this site."
He launched another psycho orb at Cain, but Abel stepped in front and deflected the attack with his sword.
"Hm?" M. Bison raised an eyebrow.
Cain, still recovering from the shock of being wounded, looked at Abel in confusion. "Why?"
Abel didn't look back at him as his eyes locked on Bison. "If what he says is true, he can kill you… no doubt. But only I have the right to do that. So, either we kill him together now, or we fight each other, let him take advantage, and he kills you, robbing me of the chance to end you myself. Don't think of this as an act of kindness. I just want you dead by my own hands, not by his."
Cain chuckled, the absurdity of the situation lightening his mood just a little. "Fair enough."
Both men took their stances, facing off against M. Bison, who flashed his iconic sinister grin. He took his own battle stance, and the air around him crackled with energy. From the rooftop, Emma, 191, and 166 watched the scene unfold. Emma spotted the long-distance radio on the rooftop, likely dropped by Cain during it, and rushed to grab it before frantically trying to contact Sophia.
Meanwhile, M. Bison's aura flared with psycho power and enveloped him in a menacing glow.
"I'll show you the fists of M. Bison!"

As the two charged at Bison, Cain threw a jab at him, but Bison swiftly blocked it and retaliated with a powerful uppercut that sent Cain reeling. As Cain stumbled back, Abel leaped over him and swung his sword down toward Bison with deadly intent, but Bison sidestepped the attack with ease and delivered a sharp elbow to Abel's face, sending him staggering.
"PSYCHO CANON!" Bison bellowed and unleashed a massive psycho power orb directly at Abel. The force of the attack sent Abel crashing into the wall of the site building, leaving a dent in the concrete.
"Pathetic," Bison sneered, unimpressed.
Cain recovered and attempted a sweeping kick, but Bison jumped effortlessly over it. Spinning in mid-air, he delivered a brutal kick to Cain's face and knocked him back several steps. Before Cain could recover, Bison grabbed him by the face, lifted him off the ground, and slammed his head into the earth with a sickening thud.
"BISON!" Abel shouted as he rushed forward with his sword drawn.
Bison avoided a horizontal slash from Abel, jumping onto the swordsman's head and standing perfectly balanced. "That's M. Bison to you, swordsman," he mocked.
Abel swiped at Bison, trying to grab him, but Bison swiftly leaped off and landed several meters away. Abel pulled out a handful of knives and threw them with deadly accuracy. However, Bison summoned a barrier of psycho power and effortlessly deflected the projectiles.
"Ha!" Bison taunted, as the knives clattered harmlessly to the ground.
Suddenly, Cain appeared from behind and delivered a spinning kick to the back of Bison's head. Bison staggered slightly, stunned, and Abel took the opportunity to swing his sword upward. But Bison teleported just before the blade could strike him and reappeared behind both men. With a quick blast of psycho power, he sent them both flying and crashed into the ground eight meters away.
The two men scrambled to their feet as Cain rubbed his sore jaw. "He can teleport too?" Cain muttered in concern. "That might be problematic."
"No kidding!" Abel responded, equally frustrated.
Without warning, Bison initiated his infamous slide kick. "FALL TO ME!" he roared as he slid across the ground and knocked both Abel and Cain off their feet. Abel was the first to recover, charging at Bison with furious determination and his sword swung down in a vicious arc, but Bison ducked beneath the overhead strike and dodged a horizontal swing with perfect timing. Abel brought his sword down again, aiming to end the fight, but Bison caught the blade between his palms. With a burst of psycho energy, the sword exploded into a million pieces, leaving Abel stunned.
"?!?" Abel gasped in disbelief.
"Puny garbage," Bison spat, before delivering a crushing uppercut that sent Abel flying into the air. Bison teleported above him and slammed him back down to the ground with a devastating axe kick. Abel hit the ground hard, gasping in pain. Bison followed up with a flashy dropkick to Abel's face, all while keeping his arms crossed, showing off his mastery with arrogant flair.
"Utter scum!" Bison shouted as he landed gracefully twelve meters away.
Cain seized the opportunity and attacked from behind, but Bison sensed his presence as Cain unleashed a flurry of jabs and hooks, but Bison dodged every punch with perfect precision. Just as Cain threw another punch, Bison caught both of his fists in mid-air, driving his knee into Cain's gut and then elbowing him hard in the back, forcing Cain face-first into the ground.
As Bison raised his foot to stomp on Cain's head, Abel lunged forward, grabbing Bison's legs and flipping him into the air. But Bison, ever the acrobat, twisted in mid-air and landed on his feet with the grace of a dancer. Abel hurled a spear at him, but Bison caught it effortlessly and laughed as he did so.
"As much as I'm enjoying this fight," Bison said mockingly, "I really need to cut this short. You see, I have a site to take, and a meeting with the Führer and the Forsaken regarding our next steps." He grinned darkly and his eyes gleamed with malicious intent. "And I don't want to be late."
Ignoring what he said, Cain and Abel charged at Bison once more. Both aimed a right hook at him, but Bison blasted their fists with another psycho canon, scorching their hands. As Bison reveled in his apparent victory, savoring the moment, Abel quickly grabbed a handful of dirt from the ground and threw it into Bison's eyes, blinding him.
"Now!"
Then the two brothers punched him twice in the chest, then right hooks his face and jumped into the air and did a flying roundhouse to his face before Able brought out a war hammer and uppercuts Bison in the chin hard.
As Cain and Abel heard the impact of Abel's war hammer and Bison hit the ground, they took a moment to breathe.
"K.O to that," Cain declared with confidence.
But their relief was short-lived.
"Not quite."
M. Bison's voice growled from behind them. To their horror, he rose from the ground in a manner eerily reminiscent of the Undertaker, wiping the blood from his mouth.
"You dare use cheap tactics on me? The great M. Bison?!? I've been going too easy on you two." His sadistic grin widened. "I'll show you the true pain of my psycho power!"
In an instant, Bison teleported behind the brothers and landed a swift spin kick to their backs before teleporting around them repeatedly, striking with a combination of punches and kicks. Cain and Abel could barely keep up, struggling to block his wild attacks.
"Any ideas?!" Abel called out, barely fending off Bison's attacks.
"I'm thinking!" Cain replied, also overwhelmed.
Bison finally paused, putting some distance between himself and the brothers and smiled wickedly.
"PSYCHO CRUSHER!" he roared and launched himself at them like a human drill as his body enveloped in psycho energy.
Cain managed to dive out of the way, but Abel wasn't as lucky as the Psycho Crusher slammed into Abel's chest, piercing right through him and leaving a massive gaping hole. Abel staggered, vomiting blood.
"Graah!" Abel gasped, feeling his strength leaving him.
Before Abel could react, Bison rammed a psycho orb into his mouth. The orb detonated, blowing his head clean off, and his body disintegrated into dust. Cain looked on in horror as his brother vanished.
"No!" Cain shouted, rushing toward Bison.
"Oh, he'll be fine... you won't, however," Bison taunted with a sinister smile.
Cain leaped into the air and aimed a roundhouse kick at Bison. But Bison blocked the kick effortlessly, grabbing Cain's leg and slamming him into the ground.
"PSYCHO INFERNO!" Bison yelled, as purple, psycho-fueled flames erupted beneath Cain, searing his body and soul.
"AAAAHHHHHH!*" Cain screamed in agony as the flames consumed him.
Bison, relishing the pain he was inflicting, grabbed Cain by the face and lifted him off the ground. With a mad grin, he punched Cain in the gut repeatedly while counting with each blow.
"One! Two! Three!" He slammed Cain down with a powerful chokeslam. "Three strikes! You're out!"
Cain, despite his battered state, attempted one final attack and jumped toward Bison with a dropkick. But Bison teleported behind him and hit Cain's back with another Psycho Crusher, launching him into the air. In a flash, Bison teleported above Cain and kicked him back to the ground with brutal force.
"MY PSYCHO POWER KNOWS NO LIMIT!" Bison declared triumphantly.
Stomping the ground with immense force, Bison created a shockwave that lifted Cain into the air. Grabbing Cain by the throat, Bison's right hand glowed with violent psycho energy.
"PSYCHO PUNISHER!" he shouted and rammed his fist into Cain's stomach. An explosion of psycho energy erupted from Cain's back, sending him crashing several feet away.
Cain lay motionless on the ground with blood pouring from his mouth.
K.O!!!
~ Music Stop ~
Cain lay in a pool of his own blood, his breath shallow as M. Bison approached with a slow, deliberate menace. From the rooftop, Emma, 191, and 166 could only watch helplessly.
"Cain! Get up!" Emma screamed as her voice broke with desperation.
But Cain was deep in his thoughts, grappling with the pain he hadn't experienced in years. His powers had long shielded him from such agony, making him feel inhuman. Now, with his body torn apart, the pain was oddly... familiar.
"So this is how pain feels..." Cain coughed, blood dripping from his lips as he chuckled weakly. "It hurts... but it's welcoming. I missed this. It makes me feel... alive."
Bison stood over him, ready to finish him off with another blast of psycho energy. But just as he raised his hand, Cain's body began to glow. The tattoos etched into his skin pulsed with an intense blue light, and a surge of power exploded from Cain's eyes, sending Bison flying into the distance. The madman crashed somewhere far from the site, leaving Cain to collapse and unconscious.
"Cain! Cain!" Emma rushed forward, panic in her voice.
Moments later, two vans screeched to a halt nearby. Agent Sophia and an MTF squad emerged and quickly secured the area. Emma, 191, and 166, along with the unconscious Cain, were escorted into the vans and sped away from Site-19 just as a horde of dark aether zombies erupted from the building and chased after them but unable to keep up.
————————————————————
In one of the vans, the MTF medic worked frantically to stabilize Cain's condition, assisted by Emma.
"His powers aren't working." Emma said as she looked at Cain's lifeless form. "Why?"
"It's because of Bison," the medic explained while dressing the wounds. "Bison isn't from our universe. His attacks follow different laws, so Cain's power to transfer damage won't activate."
"I can't do much here!" the medic shouted. "We need to reach Outpost 76, and fast!"
"I'm trying!" the driver barked back. "It's a distance from Site-19, but it's still secure. We'll make it!"
Emma gently touched Cain's shoulder, her eyes filled with fear and hope. "Please, hold on. Just a bit longer."
The vans sped through the ruined roads, heading toward safety.
————————————————————
Meanwhile, Bison, lying sprawled on top of a bus stop bench a mile away from the site, woke with a snarl. He brushed the dust off his uniform and wiped the blood from his mouth.
"My teleportation won't take me back... time to use the crystal," he muttered.
Bison pulled out a Dark Aether crystal, channeling its dark energy to open a portal. With a smirk, he stepped through it and vanished from the area.
————————————————————
Back at Site-19, the Thin Man stood alone on the rooftop and surveyed the damage, until a portal opened behind him, and M. Bison stepped out, now fully recovered.
"Ah, it's you," Bison greeted him. "Anyone left on the site?"
The Thin Man shook his head silently.
"Seems those four managed to escape," Bison muttered, unfazed. "No matter. The site is ours."
With a flourish, Bison unfurled a large flag bearing the Shadowloo logo and hoisted it onto the rooftop, declaring Site-19 officially under Shadowloo control. After a moment of reflection, he opened another portal with the crystal, this time heading for his meeting in the Wolfenstein universe.
"Keep the place secured with the robots and zombies," Bison ordered before stepping through the portal.
The Thin Man watched the portal close behind him, then disappeared into the site, ready to sweep for any remaining survivors.
