Read many translations from EndlessFantasy Translation good quality translation and very stable pace. This is more than worth voting for those reasons. As for the Synopsis it's a HUGE let down but Swallowed Star's Synopsis was the same as well it killed anything that would grab your attention but it's so damn amazing. Hopefully this book will do the same and prove to be much better than it's own Synopsis.

This novel is quite good, but is dragged down by inconsistencies and an extremely unoriginal author. The premise is awesome. Three different villages, each one cultivating a different art: witchcraft( hexes and curses ), zombie controlling and poison( MCs village). And this is where the awesomness ends. Within 10 chapters, MC cultivates his village's special poison cultivation skill. And instead of poison skills, he gets physically strong. He hits hard. Such a fcking dissapointment. And once in a while, when its convenient for the plot, he has poison skills. The novel is extremely generic. There is better around.

Ummm... What? First time I heard of this novel... Synopsis doesn't look that interesting and it kind of doesn't give too much details, but hey, there are a lot of novels out there where the summary doesn't look good but once you start reading, you're hooked. ≧ω≦ Waiting for this novel to be released... I hope it's good..

what's up with you people rating it 5 stars when you don't even explain the reason why you like it? For me it was a total disappointment, it was okay at first but suddenly things just get distorted, mixed up and messy. btw i hate the way the author keeps pinpointing the carrot, I mean things are already getting messy and yet he's still forcing the carrot line to be inserted.

This novel is first of the three novels recommended by well-known Chinese novelist, columnist and blogger Ma Boyong. He assessed that Cataclysmic Bean is one of underrated novelists. He is quite humorous. Most of his novel plot is precision and make one's hair stand up. His MC's disposition all carries honest, straightforward, frank and sincere personality, like those happy heroes. However, he also noted that the author's problem lays in the overall layout will be quite small and story development of the latter period were lacking. So I'm quite looking forward to this novel, and wish that Endless Fantasy Translation will bring us more of his novels, for example, 搬山 and 升邪 .

Meh, a wuxia novel. I'm not a fan though. Here's my like. Well, IMO, if this novel is mixed with cultivation or system like, its better to read it. I've never read a poison plot hero but, with this synopsis. Its very good. I love poison expert like Tang San of DD and Leylin Farlier of WMW. Even though, poison is their side and not explored, I better hope that this novel will tell more about poisons.

Its a novel with a great start but after chapter 80 the author is off the main story rails and tons of fillers and rubbish characters overshadow the mc and main plot. It may make the story full of depth but unneccessary plotholes is just showing the author is running out of steam and shooting airplanes randomly.

Haven't read this novel yet so I'll go for some neutral rating. The synopsis actually seems interesting enough, combined with its genre as a modern wuxia novel and the seemingly trouble-inducing type of main character, I'm willing to bet that this novel will be fun to read. I'll just vote this so that it might be published at a faster rate. Good job to the translator and thanks for the hard work! 😄

This was ... disapointing. The story started pretty well, but suddenly nothing made sense, either the events happening, "sect rules" or the characters decisions. I stopped reading at the forced MC powerup. There's also a duo of characters that are comic elder brothers, but they dumb down the novel so much with their discussions that it hurt my head. Also, what kind of sect doesn't frequently survey their holy site? The plot is such a joke. Nothing actually make sense.

This novel sure is alluring. The characters all have unique traits and you can't help but love them. The world background (read until ch. 19) is kinda messy to me, it's a modern world with technology and also hidden cultivators with strange skills and magic. The story so far is enticing with humorous interactions, a little suspence, and all the unexpected situations. Really like this. Hope it gets faster and better
