I'm in chapter 180-something and all i see is the same old repetitive bull****. The M.C has not grown in all this time, he hasnt improved, no skills, no intelligence. And yes i know he levelled up but with all his so called combat experience he still heavily relies on weapons, think of it this way it's all good now but considering the world he's in one day he'll meet monsters which can't be stopped by modern weapons even nukes. I can already guess that he does in the later chapters and somehow the author is gonna go out on a limb n say he somehow became a swordmaster. But for now he doesn't even try to improve, his first go to is always the bloody gun. If all else fails he goes to his flames which somehow always manages to pull him through. Some might argue that he's never held a sword before so he doesn't know how to use it. For freak sake it's been over a year by chapter 180, he has the ability to learn new languages on the fly, just make up your own sword art for freak sake or ask that chic subordinate of yours to teach you. For the record, white bones doesn't constitute to part of his personal skill, the damn skeleton could probably kick his ass at the same level if he didn't use any modern weapons. He's a slob with the chics, " you dont wanna be with me , you can go" they beg, say they wanna stay, he smiles n says sure like a lil *****. It'd be normal if it happened once but it keeps happening over n over again. His dialogue is so overly used its pissing me off " surrender or die" " oh he's strong, this is gonna be troublesome ". And his battle tactics include all of two tactics, head on assault or when he thinks he's being smart, assassinate the head n kill the rest when they scatter. Finally, i just have to ask, what kinda training does he put his soldiers thru. All they have to learn is how to handles guns n other weapons, whats up with the bull**** of putting on weights to run around. You gain freakin attribute points in this world you'd be better off teaching them sword skills n get high level enhancers to babysit them while killing zombies. Guns are good sure good for large battles with zombies but for freak sake if you could gain even a 1000 level 5s you'd be better off. Look at epoch of twilight or lord shadow, even the weakest soldiers was a leveller. Get with the program.

La historia nos muestra la verdadera realidad lo que pasaria en mundo post-apocaliptico, ademas de que el autor trata de hacer entender las razones por que algunos militares no tuvieron los poderes del sistema y es razonable, si estuvieras rodeado de zombies y tienes un arma y lo que te da el sistema es un palo cual prefiririas? Claramente seria el arma, ademas de que como el autor menciono solo al principio era un buen momento para evolucionar por que los zombies evolucionan rapidamente , ya despues no se podria por que para evolucionar tendrias que matarlo con el arma del sistema y como mierda un humano simple va a poder con un zombie que es inmune a las balas y que es super rapido o super fuerte? Recalco eso por que hay estupido que no lo saben. Otro punto como muchos mencionan por que no unirse para erradicar a los zombies? De hecho lo hicieron pero luego no sirvio de nada por que los zombies evolucionaban y ya no les hacia daño las armas ni cañones, solo las armas nucleares seria la solucion. Por eso esa idea fue estupida ademas de que agregamos la falta de suministro, la falta de comida, tu crees que a las personas les importaria eso de la solidaridad cuando su propia vida esta en peligro? Por eso era natural que muchas personas se vendieran por solo un pan, por la supervivencia . Ahora el punto encontra en lo estoy es que al protagonista le falto ambicion y crueldad, fue muy blando con las mujeres que lo quisieron muerto, aunque poco a poco se vuelve cruel, pero no es tanto como lo esperaba donde no importa el genero, un enemigo es un enemigo , aunque en las traiciones terminara ganando al protagonista le falto ser precavido ya que ahi no importa nada. No es una novela para todos, y mas en este tiempo ya que la mayoria son de mente fragil, pero si la recomendaria , claro si no tienes problemas con el corazon jajaja.

Loved it, the book's major flaw is it's character development apart from that it's awesome. A lot of character were mentioned for a few chapters then you never see them again even among the female leads
This novel is trash.It's racist,the plot is repetitive,the characters are 1D and are completely forgettable,plot holes.I enjoy reading dark stories where mc does bad thing as long as the story acknowledges it but in this novel it justifies mc actions because blah blah blah blah

The beginning is confusing, so new readers are immediately put off. It starts off with a good concept and good representation about the dark nature of humanity but later devolves into blind nationalism, racism, and sexism not by the characters but as a direct result of the author’s worldview. It also goes overboard with the “dark nature of humanity” thing and just ends up as an exaggeration of what would probably happen, while most of the group members are just mc’s harem. No real character development and most of the girls in the harem are only with mc because of his strength, which is ok I guess but mc (and book) make it out like the mc is just that charming and charismatic. The book a nationalist power trip and an incels dream.
Its missing the first 200 or so chapters so how the **** are we supposed to read and rate it..... I used to read it but that was years ago and now the first chapters are missing...
I think this LN should win. An award. Great characters,abilities and the overall plot is awesome. Translation is a little off but is still better than some.God Bless The Author For Giving Me This.😁
I loved this from the very first time i read it. It was dark, at the same time gives us a reality check that not everything is bright and nice. I hope the aurthor gets well soon.😁😁😁
A great story full of drama an action, got a lot of system related elements as well as similarities to cultivation. It is not recommended to some audience due to some extremes topics, specifically if you can't handle some borderline crazy nationalism
chapter 249 finds military base with "obselete weapons" Type 56(ak variant) from 1960's compared to the "pride of the chinese forces" the russian 122mm d30 howitzer from 1970 -lmfao anyway the story is fine-ish some fair warnings though. the story is hilariously racist chinese novels are usually pretty bad with this, but this one takes the cake and dear god, misogyny is through the roof, even by my none existent standards. so much so, that im 99% sure the author is an incel. the author repeats himself so many times, and the chinese weapon abbreviation (type x) thankfully it gets a little better with actual weapon names instead. when thats all said and done, i appreciate that the mc doesnt **** about, unrealistic? yes. do i care? no. and lets be real you prolly dont read system novels for the plot, it mostly comes as a nice surprise if there is one. the system is pretty bad we have seen his starting stats at the start, thats it, he have used his survival coins once. atleast the skill descriptions are aight. its fine for bedtime brainless reading
To be honest I've enjoyed the book but stoped reading it. Not that it is bad its just I like harems and all but this particular one kinda pissed me of because the author side lines many girls and just uses that like a gatcha system. In the beginning of the story it was well fleshed out and gsve s very good story line to it but it started to become a typical wuxia novel where its fight after drama after power up with no substance with relationships. Thats the only reason ive paused on continuing to tead it. All in all I do recommend it
nothing else to say i read this on another site but i saw this decided to put this up i loved this novel beginnings a bit slow but still good loved the story just wished there was a second one after this ended if you looking at this and want to read it try it you'll love it. ** this isn't a because i don't have anything else to read type of novel its a main novel that will be on par with your favorite well if you like the apocalypse genre try it you'll see

A post apocalyptic world with zombies and a game like system. As a fantasy novel it is a good read. Sure it leans towards the Chinese POV but this is a Chinese story.
100% Recommended, I have finish reading this already and I hope I see in the future that this author make apocalypse genre like this novel again. I still feel it was too short for the chapter for this novel. Overall for me greatness. This novel had follow me through my school and it sad to see ended too fast. I hope they make manga or anime out of this.
Just so you know, this translation for some reason starts at chapter 193 instead of chapter 1. Other than that the series is great and we'll worth the read.

A very bad translation. The translator takes too many liberties with the original text to put some nasty censorship. People like that shouldn't be allowed to translate stuff.
The one was a good story, to read if your bored although it's a little repetitive its still a good read and if you are hesitant in reading this stop and just do it cuz it's good
