The highest-ranking leopard tribe beastman casually commanded, prompting numerous beast priests and warriors to frantically search for Wang Hui's whereabouts.
To them, it seemed merely a matter of [Stealth] or some similar assassin's trick, likely just hiding in a corner somewhere. How could anyone possibly escape from the encirclement of hundreds of beastmen?
The leopard tribe warrior leisurely approached the three little bronze warriors, baring his sharp teeth in a grin.
"Now, reveal all the useful information you possess, and I shall determine your fate based on its value. Typically, I am quite reasonable, yes, typically…"
"Bah!"
In response, the chubby Ploto spat defiantly at the leopard tribe warrior.
Even he, the dullest in the group, could discern that the leopard-headed figure was merely toying with them.
Even if they divulged every detail they knew, it was unlikely they would leave the encirclement alive! After all, he had mentioned "complete departure," and a whole corpse thrown outside would still meet that criterion.
"What should we… do?"
Jenny trembled as she looked towards Gabriel, hoping this clever captain could work another miracle.
Sadly, when the situation reached its nadir, even the smartest among them found it exceedingly difficult to reverse the tide…
Gabriel bit his lip, his mind racing to devise a strategy. Yet, ever since Mr. Gawoo had fled from the battlefield, it seemed they had lost all hope!
"What, nothing to say?"
The leopard tribe beastman reveled in the despair etched upon the human faces, his grin morphing into a grotesque leer.
When the bandits of the Storm Kingdom invaded the lands of the Thunder Kingdom and slaughtered orc women and children, did they ever anticipate that their descendants would one day be subjected to such cruelty?
"Since you have no words, then die!"
The leopard tribe beastman raised the broad blade on his gauntlet and swung it menacingly towards Gabriel's throat!
"Ah!!"
Suddenly, a scream echoed from afar. The leopard tribe beastman turned to find a pig tribe warrior cleaved in half, entrails spilling onto the ground!
"It's that rat assassin… What about the priests? Eliminate him!"
Several priests clad in flowing robes brandished their totems, preparing to cast spells to flush the assassin out, only to feel a chilling breeze sweep past, followed by a spray of blood from their throats!
Thud!!
A hefty bear tribe warrior raised his spiked club and brought it down savagely at the location of the ambusher!
The earth erupted, creating cracks in the ground.
However, before he could revel in his triumph, he felt a warm liquid trickling down his back.
Upon checking, he realized a chunk of flesh was missing from the nape of his neck!
Pfft!
In his moment of confusion, a blade pierced through his lower back, emerging directly from his abdomen!
"Kill that rat!!"
Several nearby beastmen roared as they rushed forward, weapons drawn, hacking frantically.
The bear tribe warrior's body was reduced to mangled flesh, yet the elusive assassin remained unseen.
A moment later, screams erupted from meters away as several beastmen were eviscerated!
The diminutive Simon, crouched low, watched in awe.
That was not [Stealth]; that was a masterful application of [Invisibility]!
To execute such a technique with such precision was simply unheard of!
The beastmen scarcely had a chance to glimpse Wang Hui before they were dispatched one by one!
As the speed of his subordinates' demise increased, even the previously confident leopard tribe beastman began to falter, shouting:
"Coward! Do you dare to come at me?!"
Before he could finish his taunt, a shadow resembling smoke materialized before him.
Without a second thought, the leopard tribe beastman swung his fist with great force!
Crash!
Metal fragments exploded in all directions as Wang Hui finally revealed himself.
He glanced down to see that the sword he had casually acquired from a beastman had shattered, while the leopard tribe's gauntlet remained unscathed!
"Ha…"
Though startled by Wang Hui's sudden assault, the leopard tribe beastman could not resist boasting:
"Now you've seen it? The name of Blade Fist Sath is not without merit!"
Wang Hui, hearing this, discarded the broken sword and shot a sidelong glance at the leopard tribe beastman.
Then, without warning, he delivered a swift slap across the leopard's spotted face!
Smack!!
The leopard beastman felt the world spin, as if he had turned several times.
In reality, his body had remained still, but his head spun a complete three hundred sixty degrees, his neck twisted into a pretzel-like contortion!
"Nice weapon; I shall take it."
Wang Hui unceremoniously removed the gauntlet from the leopard beastman's hand. Though it fit snugly on his right hand, it did not hinder his use.
The material was quite durable, but more importantly, it was infused with a vibrant source energy.
Upon experiencing a strong impact, this force would cause the broad blade to vibrate rapidly, destroying the structure of the opponent's weapon within a fleeting moment, leading to its shattering!
In mere seconds, the once arrogant leopard tribe beastman met his end at Wang Hui's hands…
The surroundings fell eerily silent!
The surviving beastmen wore expressions of terror, their feet shifting as thoughts of fleeing began to take hold.
Yet Wang Hui turned to the astonished trio of little bronze warriors and inquired, "Do you have enough bags to collect ears?"

Gabriel was the first to respond.
Although he felt Mr. Gawoo's intentions were somewhat reckless, he could not suppress the boiling blood within him!

Gabriel seized his short bow and began delivering rapid fire at the beastmen, while Ploto and Jenny gritted their teeth and joined the fray. Even Simon, whose wounds were still bleeding, struggled to rise and grabbed two small knives to launch his attack.
"Retreat! Quickly retreat!"
The demoralized beastmen turned to flee but were met head-on by Wang Hui, who swiftly smashed a fist into one's neck, shattering it!
He moved with an air of casual confidence, circling the periphery, as the beastmen forced back found themselves killed by the little bronze trio.
Moments later, the ground was littered with corpses!
"We actually managed to counter-kill so many beastmen…"
The four rookie mercenaries could hardly believe it, with Jenny bursting into tears of joy at their miraculous survival!
Gabriel intended to thank Wang Hui but found the latter waving him off. "I am merely fulfilling our agreement; do not forget to settle the subsequent reward."
"That is what you deserve!"
Gabriel earnestly replied before turning to urge his companions to collect the beastmen's ears.
The little bronze quartet swiftly sorted through the spoils, selecting only valuable items.
This was no place to linger; they needed to find a secluded spot to regroup.
After the five of them had finished their looting and departed, the sound of galloping hooves echoed from the forest, and six knights clad in dark red heavy armor arrived on the scene.
The golden-tier mercenary group—[Rose's Thorn]!
They were momentarily stunned by the horrific sight, with two knights taking up positions on the periphery while the other four dismounted cautiously to investigate.
Before long, they discovered the peculiar state of the leopard tribe beastman.
"Blade Fist Sath, whose prowess rivals that of golden-tier mercenaries, was slain in a single blow…"
The leader of [Rose's Thorn], Azin, removed his helmet, revealing a face marked by exhaustion and grave concern.
"Such brutal methods; let us hope he is not some dangerously madman…"
