Capítulo 47: Beginning of Doom part 1
Now I can only use 4 fireball spells per day and that's only if both totems survive what's coming.
I enter the small space left for my blacksmith in the crew area. He gives me 5 keys and I put them away before picking up the 3 safes and 2 jewelry boxes. Then he hands me the second pistol along with its holster, everything is perfect just like the first one. He watches me put the gunpowder and ammunition in, but doesn't ask anything before I put it and the other one in my inventory.
I do this because of the humidity of the sea, it can take a long time until I fire these weapons. I don't want to show them around only for the gunpowder to get damp and I fail miserably when the time comes. Besides, I did some testing and the loot is faster when I take the weapons out of the inventory.
I take advantage of the visit along with the inventory expansion to store his huge forge furnace in my inventory, along with the freezer and other cargo I picked up earlier, it makes the ship a few tons lighter.
I go to Omar and we start calculating our winnings from the Golden Dragon. We are still only at the part of calculating how much everything is worth, but it is very likely that we will keep a part for ourselves since we previously agreed to include Gordo in this loot, we will divide everything into 3, but we also have to include a percentage for everyone who participated. Apart from Sir Arthur who did not want to participate, the biggest contributors were Jack, Henry and the first mate. We kept adding everything up until almost 11 in the morning, but we still do not have exact values.
Then we finish and I give an order for everyone on the ship to gather on deck. Maybe we can see what is about to happen even with all the fog.

After the munchies with the two maids during the early morning, the Browns' Head Chef could not sleep anymore, so he decided to get up much earlier than usual, when he left the room he saw the two maids also awake, they did not find it strange that they were thirsty or hungry during the early morning, but now the lack of sleep made them suspect that they might be sick. But with no symptoms preventing them from working, they decided to start their duties at the Browns' mansion 2 hours early.
The maids made breakfast and took it to the guards at the gates only to find no one there. And the chef who went to the kitchen suddenly saw several items thrown on the floor and the pantry empty. He ran upstairs to the butler's room. But the door was locked and no one answered his knocks. When he went downstairs he saw the two scared maids saying that the guards had disappeared. Trying to understand what happened, and without the key to the butler's room, they didn't know what to do. The maids then decided to clean up the mess in the pantry when another surprise happened, the gardener arrived to work.
"Hey guys good morning, where are the guards at the front gate?"
The chef looked at the gardener in surprise and asked:
"What are you doing here today? Did you give up your day off?"
The surprised man says:
"Boss, my day off was yesterday, what are you talking about?"
While the two stare at each other another employee arrives, this time it is the chef's assistant. And he asks the same thing:
"Where are the guards?"
The increasingly frightened Chief yells at the two, asking why they are there if it's still Sunday!
"Chief, what are you talking about? It's already Monday, are you okay?" asks the kitchen assistant.
While the Chief doesn't know who is telling the truth, another maid arrives, followed by two women who take care of cleaning the mansion and the bosses' clothes. When the arguments between the Chief and the maids are at their peak, the gardener who went to prepare his tools comes running back saying that he found dried blood near the well. The Chief, who by this time was already suspecting that he had slept for almost a whole day, runs to the butler's room and finally decides to break down the door without caring about the consequences. Only to be shocked to see him tied up on the floor.

It's almost 8:00 in the morning and Ronny Belaerys feels the injustice of having been chosen for this position of leader of the Defense Force of the northern district. If he includes this incident with the Golden Dragon ship, his problems are as serious as his fellow position in the eastern district.
He heard from him that the magic bag thief stole many people there and it was also confirmed that some minor nobles died in the explosion on Saturday night that should have taken his life as well. He feels a chill as he remembers his near death at that moment. Suddenly his assistant runs in with a paper in her hand.
"Boss, we just received a complaint from a butler of a large slave trader, who says that his Lord's house was robbed on Saturday night. He says that people killed 7 guards, tied up the master and his two sons, and freed more than 30 slaves. Furthermore, one of the thieves seems to be the Red Sage, he even signed his name on the wall.
Ronny got up from the table excitedly saying:
—Quickly take me to him!
Finally a breakthrough in something. If I catch the bastard who spread the rumors, I might have a face at the end of all this trouble. Ronny thought.
But to his disappointment, only the sons of the chief butler saw the faces of the criminals, but they didn't say anything, since they planned to take revenge on their own. Then the Brown butler, who is still weak and pale, says:
"But I'm sure that if Lord Ronny goes there personally, the young people won't keep such a secret from a respectable figure as the Lord, even more so if you promise them justice."
Since the Brown mansion was in the same district, he could go to the victims' house with a few men quickly without any problems, to get something he wanted, so when he was inside the carriage about to go there, his assistant ran out and shouted again…
"Boss urgent message, the Golden Dragon has been attacked! We found the crew tied up on a beach at the edge of the northern district. They said pirates stole the ship's cargo!"
"GRRR"
Ronny gave a growl of anger, his fury turning towards the pirates who dared to steal within his district.
"It seems that people have forgotten the consequences of stealing a dragon!"
Ronny speaks while gritting his teeth, scaring the butler and his assistant who have never seen their Lord so angry.
This time he will burn some people to get rid of all his pent-up anger. He turns to the butler and says:
"If I don't know the identity of this Red Sage by noon, I will have your Lord's entire family arrested for obstruction of justice."
He then gets out of the carriage, leaving the already weak and scared butler even paler, and climbs onto his dragon, flying quickly towards the port.
Once at the port, while listening to the details of the surviving men, Ronny is shocked by the audacity of these people. Forget about not being afraid of him, they don't take the ship's owners to task. Seriously? It was already past 9:00 in the morning and surely someone from this group would arrive soon to check the entire investigation closely, while looking for flaws in him or his family Belaerys. It takes another 1 and a half hours before the list of ships that left yesterday from 18:00 until this morning appears in front of Ronny, while he is looking at the list and the possible suspects another dragon lands in the harbor. Ronny stops what he is doing and goes to the dragon lord that the 5 Fingers sent. He greets the man and discusses the situation with him until they both agree on the same plan.
There were 3 suspicious ships that went west and none of them had an identity in the harbor, surely there was something wrong with these 3 since they left without leaving any records. Another 3 went east, including a ship suspected of being pirates from Yi Ti. The 5-Fingered Man then took flight on his dragon, heading west, and Ronny mounted the Sun Queen and headed east where the pirates had gone. There were two more ships besides the pirates, but one of these ships was a common cargo ship heading to an island on the outskirts of the Jade Sea, and the other was carrying food and passengers to Asshai. Their focus was to find the pirate ship first and give the order to return to the port of the Free City under threat of burning them.
But before Ronny reached the first ship, he heard a noise so loud that even the Sun Queen was thrown off balance in flight with fright. After the loud noise, a terrible buzzing sound hit his ears followed by pain, turning his head back to where the noise originated. What Ronny saw was something that could not even be described.
