The lady exuded seduction as she sat down and began her presentation, but unfortunately her aged appearance could not be hidden behind so much makeup. She was several levels below Madame Rose in terms of seduction and beauty, but she could still seduce some more desperate men. She introduced herself as a pimp and said that she wanted to buy an entire cabin, she would have four other women and they planned to provide "services" on board if the ship's Captain allowed it. I was surprised that this type of practice was common, I asked her if they did this type of trip often. And she said that her group only worked on long voyages.
After that I started asking a lot of questions, even very intimate ones. She soon became a little intrigued by the questions before saying that normally the Captain keeps a portion of the fees for the services provided on board the ship. In addition, he and the first mate can enjoy the service free of charge.
—Madam, I think you misunderstood something, I am not the ship's Captain or the first mate, I am one of the owners. I'm sure my Captain will want this type of service for him and his men, but I don't know if I can allow it due to all the risks... Do you know what an STD is?
She nods in denial, a little embarrassed before I explain, then after the explanation she says:
"I didn't know that diseases could be transmitted this way, but I guarantee that I've never seen anything as serious as what you mentioned... Apart from some itching and pain when urinating, I haven't seen any more serious problems."
—Well, we still have to take precautions, since even a prostitute with a cold can end up passing the disease on to the entire crew and I would be left with several sick men.
After thinking for a while, I write several additional rules for her to be allowed to provide these services on board and then add that she can refuse and not enter if she doesn't agree with the rules. In the end, she accepts and pays the 10 gold coins, then is surprised by the weekly menu and other rules and amenities of the ship before finally waving and saying goodbye. I take a plant from Valyria's Sigh and put its name in the cabin furthest to the left and on the side of this cabin I put the 5 men who do not have a personal cabin. With this I should solve the noise problem, but I will still ask for some type of sound insulation in this entire cabin in addition to allocating more soap weekly for this group.
Soon the end of the day comes and no one else shows up. I leave after closing my bill with the waiter and securing my reservation for room 3 tomorrow. Of course, I don't forget the 4 lunch boxes that are back in my space. I give one to the coachman and he thanks me by handing over yesterday's box when he remembers. We head to the Velaryon house where I meet Tom. He climbs aboard my carriage and we head to the Lords' library. On the way, the old butler doesn't say a single word and when we arrive he just reminds me that we are Lord Leo's servants and makes some notes for him. He also warns me that if I have any books or knowledge in mind, I should act quickly because the time is only 2 hours. I thank him for the reminder and we get out of the carriage. We arrive at a huge domed building. It's only 3 stories high, but the space it takes up is huge. Two guards check our identity before entering. Tom shows us a type of coat of arms and the guard checks it before leaving and coming back with a new authorization to give us. He reminds us that servants can only access it for 2 hours and that not the entire library is free.
When we finally enter, what I see leaves me speechless. Even with maybe 10 hours, I wouldn't be able to browse through all the books in this library. It's so huge! What I saw from the outside is just the surface of these 3 floors. They're all filled with shelves of books. There are entire sections with only scrolls. Everything is lit with an artificial light that I believe is similar to the one used in my house, only much larger and brighter. I see an entire staircase lit up, even on the steps, with the same light, and at the end of it, another underground floor.
Tom goes to a location and comes back with a booklet in his hand, after handing it to me I see a small map of all the floors of the library and their contents. I see that in addition to the 3 upper floors and the only underground floor that I saw, there are still two more. Without wasting any more time, I'm going to the area that I'm most interested in: Alchemy and Forging! I quickly start leafing through a huge number of books. After 30 minutes and more than 200 books copied I gave up trying to get everything. But what I got already cheers me up a lot. So I'm going to an area that I didn't find in the public library: Valyrian Medicine and Biology! I spend another 20 minutes in this area and then choose to also spend 10 minutes in the history and geography session, mainly the origin of the Valyrians, the history of their Blood Mages, recorded maps and secrets of the eastern region and important details of the 40 families.
I wanted to see more things on the upper floors but time is short and I already lost 1 hour. I spend another 5 minutes recording some images in the system's new digital library in the parchment area, which contains many drawings and descriptions of creatures in the area where almanacs are located. Most of them are creatures seen and recorded within Valyrian territory.
Finally I arrive at the first underground floor, I will have to be satisfied with just this floor since the last two are restricted and I see 2 guards standing in front of the stairs that give access to the remaining floors. I head to the magical forge section and spend most of the remaining time there, the Valyrians learned to use the 14 flames in unimaginable ways, they created forges inside the volcano itself and used a mix of magic and metallurgy to even create a form of battery. I also take the opportunity to see some of the buildings made for dragons, such as nests, pits, caves and training methods. This is all still available on the first underground floor. From this entire library, no information will be used anytime soon, not only do I not have the manpower and resources for metallurgy, nor the powerful magic that dozens of Blood Mages possess.
So I'll save this knowledge just for the precious experience my system needs and to not let all of this go to waste. But that doesn't mean that maybe in the future I'll have all of this that I lack. Lamenting that there are only a few minutes left before the deadline, I approach the 2 guards again and look at the stairs leading to the second floor, the second floor was listed as elemental magic and blood magic. I could only stare and lament before reuniting with Tom and we left.

Inside a room full of spheres made of round glass, an old man in brown clothes was observing the entire library of the Lords. Inside some of them are the library staff and inside about 10 are Rafael and Tom from more than 10 different angles, at this moment the two are leaving the library. The man in brown clothes continues to observe them attentively, somewhat curiously. At that same time the door behind him opens and another old man also enters. He wears a purple cloak and has some runes drawn in gold threads that shine slightly. What is interesting between the two men is that neither of them has Valyrian features and even their hair has exotic colors. The one in the brown cloak has red hair that is almost orange and the old man who entered last has hair the same color as his purple cloak. The second man after entering tells the man in brown clothes that he has already finished his meal and that he can go have dinner now that he is back.
"Something a little unusual happened Old Tsá."
—What happened? Weren't there just 2 servants?" Don't tell me the idiots stole something? Old Tsa replied in a lazy tone.
"They didn't steal anything, the old man was copying some books and maps and the young man was the one who did something unusual, he just flipped through books for almost 2 hours. Isn't that strange? If he had just flipped through them slowly I would understand, but he flipped through them so fast I doubt he could have seen anything during that."
—Young people are impatient, maybe the old man didn't need your help and let you walk around freely, now go quickly, I'll keep an eye on you while you have your meal and rest. The man in brown left and Old Tsá waved his hand towards the spheres, after his wave they glowed white and he could see Rafael's entire time in the library, he also found it unusual, but when he reached the end, he saw the young man's sad and anxious look as he observed the magic area and finally understood that the boy probably didn't care about reading normal books and what he really wanted were the magic books, a smile crossed the old man's face as he remembered his childhood, when he learned that magic was real, he didn't even look at women anymore because he had become so obsessed, then he understood why the boy acted that way, he waved his hands again before the spheres returned to a paralyzed state only observing some empty shelves and the few employees and guards who worked the night shift.
