Capítulo 2: A system?
My body moves quickly, dodging people on the crowded streets. The place I'm going to is familiar to my newly acquired memories. In my hands is a purple fruit that the lady gave me when we said goodbye. I take a bite and feel a sweet taste and the familiar texture of an apple, only much sweeter and less sour. I start to review everything that has happened since I woke up, or rather, since I was reborn!
In this world, I am a commoner named Rafael, and yes, the world I am in is the same one from the Song of Ice and Fire...
It wouldn't be a problem to be reborn in this world given my knowledge of it, and I'm happy for the second chance I got. But the problem is that this second chance could end at any moment and my death will be extremely painful. Let's look at the problems: The first one is the date I was reborn, the second one is the location, and the third one is my social status. I barely have enough money to buy a ship ticket at the moment, and I don't know how much time I have to do it. Leaving aside who I am, here in this world I can say that I am in a terrible situation and I need to escape this damn island and its 14 volcanoes as soon as possible.
Just as I am about to get home to gather whatever valuables I have and quickly flee the island, I hear a familiar beep that resembles a digital screen starting up:

A screen with red letters appeared in front of my eyes, almost as if I were in a virtual reality. I run my hands over the message, but it is there only for my eyes and they are not floating letters. Before I can react, more words appear on the floating screen:

[Side Quest] Obtain Valyrian knowledge from the public library before it is lost. (Bonus if you gain knowledge from the nobles' library)
[System Quest] Obtain at least 1 Shadow Storage Bag or Tree Storage Bag.

1-Convince at least 1 person to believe in the disaster.

A lot of information comes out at the same time, the exact date of the disaster makes me less worried and gives me a little more time to do other things... Speaking of other things, the system has a lot of quests for me, but the biggest question is: What do I gain by doing these quests? There's nothing talking about it.
And the name of the system? It says it's the blood mage system, where are my spells? Leaving that aside… I was just reborn, don't the protagonists of these kinds of novels get some powerful advantage or a golden finger? But you just gave me a bunch of missions and didn't even tell me what I'll get after all this work.
Sigh!
After accepting my condition, I finish my walk and enter a simple wooden house in a poor area of Valyrian Freehold.
