Capítulo 19: Exploring The Marina
After Leaving with Cedric and Penelope.
Tara wanted to go find an Inn to stay for the atleast for the night. As they were walking out while Penelope was still in Tara's arms,
A couple of suspious knights were walking towards them as they were heading out the exit of the shop that was connected to the hideout.
The two Knights pointed thier swords at Tara and her group
"Where do you think your going?"
Tara looked at the sword
"Is this all you have? This is a twig", so Tara set Penelope down on a bench that what was in the shop and stepped out to Greet the knights.
Tara opened her inventory again and had taken out 2 long swords
The knights used an aura for the swords and powered up.
Tara being super powerful just by her very existence, didnt have to 1/4 of her strength to finish them off quickly before the knights could land a hit. Tara had already swiftly attacked her targets using a beautiful crossed sword dance within seconds..
The two knights already slained with there heads rolled off.
Cedric watching the scene unfold, watched in awe. Where did this beautiful creature come from?
" Ahh, A treat for Juju" as Tara smirked
Tara snapped her fingers and the bodies disappeared.
"I hope they enjoy there treats"

Tara looked at her surroundings as they walked out from the shop with Penelope back in her arms, out of the back alley they were in.
They stepped out to a crowded town, coming across "Gabriella's Inn".
As they entered there was a middle aged woman at the front desk
"Welcome to Gabriella's Inn, what can I help you with?
" I need a room with 2 beds and a washroom."
"That will be 3 silvers for 1 night, that's included with breakfast and dinner"
Tara paid for the room and received a key.
" Do I need to call a doctor for the miss?" The woman noticing Penelope sleeping
"Oh No, we just traveled a rather far distance and she fell asleep in the carriage on the way here. I didn't want to disturb her rest so I just picked her up and brought her inside.
Then Tara with Cedric by her side and Penelope in her arms found their room. Opened the door and she laid down Penelope in the bed
Cedric looked at Ophelia
" May I ask for my lady's name?"
As Ophelia sat down on the bed observing Cedric.
"Please forgive my rudness and allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Ophelia Lynn Wright, Daughter of Duke Wright.
Cedric took Ophelia's hand and kissed the back of it.
"Oh no, the pleasure is all mine"
Tara looked at his beautiful deep blue eyes and down his body
"You know, I bet you would look even more handsome when we get some weight on you."
Cedric blushed at her words
"I appreciate your kind words and if you allow me, may I trouble you in allowing me to go to a shop to get some clothes so I can in dress in disguise?"
Tara took out a green jade pendant and some male clothes and hat from her inventory and handed them to Cedric.
"If you were this pendant, it will change your hair color, and facial features such as your eyes"
" Thank you Lady Wright, you have saved my life twice today. Please allow me to stay by your side as your servant"
"Well, Why don't we go find a restaurant in town somewhere and we can discuss our plans there?"
"Yes Lady Wright, I will go ahead and change then"
" Oh, and just call me Ophelia"
"Alright then Lady Ophelia, I will do that" as Cedric watched her turn around to leave
Tara not helping but find him cute.
Tara chuckled and went downstairs to inquire information from the Inn owner, since Pierre stayed behind with Ophelia's father incase he found out Lyria wasn't in her cell.
Cedric put on the green jade pendant and watched his hair turned to chestnut brown hair and purple eyes in the mirror and put on the unique clothes Ophelia gave to him to help blend in with the people outside in the town. He wore a red shirt with a black and gold vest, followed by black leather pants and blazer, with a black hat.
"Wow" he said outloud
Meanwhile when Tara was speaking with Gabriella,
" So, Our Marina is best known for our Clams, almost all of our restaurants and food stands serve seafood that you would not find in the Capital., Of course we have boutiques that provide light clothing due to being in a hot temperature climate. Our attractions include The Marine Adventurer's Guild Hall and Pub and of course the annual fishing competitions at the pier."
"Adventurer's Guild? There's one in the capital as well, are there really that many monsters here and people with magic to the point thay that there are 2?"
"There aren't many of those who contain magic, but those who don't have magic make up for it by wielding weapons and of course there those who do have magic... but it's very rare. As for monsters and beasts, we do indeed have some on the outskirts of this town, but there deep in the woods and in the waters"
Tara thought, "Wow I thought this I thought was world was going to boring without magic and other magical being,interesting."
Tara thinking to herself.... I can train my people.
Cedric came down and approached the two women.
Gabriella did not recognize him from earlier, so she thought he was new guest.
" would you like a room sir?"
" Oh no, he's with me" and Tara looked at Cedric, " are you ready to go out?
With that they ventured out

After Tara and Cedric walked out of the Inn. They stepped out and joined the full crowd of people walking around the shops and food stalls wrapping around a big fountain, when all of sudden.
"Growl"
Cedric's stomach started growling from smelling the seasoned shrimp and chicken skewers from a stall and turned his head in embarrassment
Tara giggled, she walked over to the stall "let me buy 2", she exchanged money with the stall owner and walked back over to Cedric and gave him both.
"What about you? Don't you want one?"
" Oh I prefer something else"
"You didn't have to spend your money on me, I am not worth it."
"I already told you that you would be more handsome with more weight on you.... or do you dare to reject my kindess?"
" I dare not! Then I will comply" and he took a bite out of the shrimp, and his eyes had widened.
" This is delicious!" And before he knew it he had devoured both skewers.
Tara laughed as watched, not helping to watch his cute reactions.
He's capturing my attention...
They walked a little bit more, and found themselves infront of a restaurant called Captain's Catch that was right next to the water.
"Lady Ophelia why are we here? I have already eaten what you've given me.How could I ask you to pay for more?"
" That was only an appetizer, You will to eat your fill"
Cedric feeling ashamed and disappointed in himself... I don't want to keep relying on her.... then all of sudden...* gurgle*.
Tara smiled and grabbed his hand, guiding him inside "let's go"
Cedric suprised at her soft hand holding his. he didn't know how much longer his heart can take it. It literally felt like it was about to fall out
Tara met the host at the restaurant and requested to sit at a table outside on the patio by the water.
Host walked them over to the table.
" Your waiter will be with you in just a moment", as the host had bowed his head and took his leave.
Waiter comes up " do you know what you would like to drink?"
" Along with two glasses sparkling red wine, I want to order our meal. I want to start off with the clam creamed soup and a squid salad for appetizers, and for the main course I want to get the seafood tower with fried shrimp, crab legs and lobster. Accompanied with a fire grilled steak strip with with steamed asparagus. For dessert , we will have your coconut cream pie with black tea. "
The waiter and Cedric looked her with wide eyed
"I will go put in your order my lady" then the waiter walked away
"Why so much food? I'm not going to be able to eat all that!" Cedric feeling insecure
" What do you mean? This amount of food is nothing compared to the feasts you would eat at the Royal Palace, Is it not? And besides those pigs barely fed you at that shitty place you were just in. So just let me feed you, and whatever you don't eat we will just bring back for Penelope."
"Besides look how thin you look, your body needs to catch up and I'm sure you will need your energy for when you start getting into shape"
After listening to her words, Cedric realized how much this person truly wants to support him. It felt nice to be taken care of with such affection...
"Why are you doing so much for me? Is it for the throne?"
"Whether or not you take the throne is up to you and of course there's something in it for me. But I would like to hear from you first, to tell me what it is that you want to achieve. "
A few servant's came out filling up there table with endless plates of food.
The Servant bowed and said
" Please enjoy your meal and let us know if there's anything else you would like " Then they took there leave.
Tara took a sip of sparkling wine and spoke
"Eat your fill first and then we can continue with this discussion "
"Your really not going to eat anything? There's so much of it" as he eyed the mountain of food in front of him.
"I'll eat something later, don't worry about me" as Tara licked the wine dripping down the side of her lip
As Cedric watched her seductive expression.. he couldn't could help but be affected. So shifted about from the uncomfortable tightness that was in his lower region.
As he pushed down his erection, he turned his attention to the food and ate all that he could, finished off with his tea.
After that, Tara put the rest of the food he hadn't touched into her inventory.. Cedric opened his eyes wide....
"How do you do that?"
Tara laughed, "what do I get in exchange for my secret?"
" My apologizes, I shouldn't asked something that is your business"
Tara looking at his purple that's in disguise
" I don't mind sharing my information if you would share something about you."
Tara paid the bill with money she took out of her inventory and handed it to the water along with a generous tip
The staff just glowed with excited eyes
"Thank you My Lady and please come again!"
Tara and Cedric walked out from the restaurant when it had turned night.
So Cedric could walk off his digestion. They decided to take a walk along the empty dock and down the pier.
They finally sat down at the end, with legs over the edge
The Night sky was filled with endless stars and a giant full moon above them
Cedric looked at The moonlight reflecting off of Ophelia, she was so breathtaking that he just couldn't take his eyes off of her.
Tara looked back after looking out at the waters and met Cedric's long gaze
" So back to our conversation from earlier, what is it that you want to achieve?"
Cedric snapped out of his thoughts of her, thinking back to his question earlier.
" I never wanted the throne before I was abducted. But then after I was held captive I kept thinking of ways to get back at the Empress. See this is what she planned., she was my dad's second wife. When my mother passed, Francesca took the Empress seat."
"When she became Empress, she would always make attempts to get rid of me. She planted spies in my Palace, she would order for poisons to be in my meals and tea. she would pay for assassins to come and kill me at night. When all of these things failed. She seduced my close personal knight. Who had been by my side since I was a child, into putting a heavy sleep medicine in my favorite cake. He had told me he wanted catch up with me, so we sat down in the drawing room that was right next to my room while having some tea. We started catching up, and then in the middle of our conversation I blacked out"
" Then when I woke up, I found myself in that stone wall and dirt floor basement with my foot chained and i was dressed in rags. I looked around so I can find something to free myself, but it was no use"
"Then they came in"
James spoke" Are you finally awake Your Highness?, well....you were the prince. This will be your new home until we make preparations for your departure to Gum.. so, get comfortable "
"For next 6 months I was put through endless physical abuse. his comrade Daniel couldn't stand me and would lash out almost everytime he saw me."
"James told me about the Empress's plan to get rid of me and how I ended up here, To where I will be going after I was there. She told my father, The Emperor I was in a carriage accident. "
"All I could think of was how to repay her back in tenfold, but then accepted my fate. I would rather be far away from people who turned an eye while the other one endlessly tried to get rid of me until she succeeded, I do want them a to burn in Hell. I don't want anything to do with there bloodline"
Tara spoke " What if you got rid of all of them and started new? So that no one can ever look down on you again. I can make that happen if you wish "
"After meeting you, I do believe that's possible.,I believe that being with you will open the door to all sorts of possibilities. But as far as the throne goes, that is something I will like to think of a bit longer"
Tara thought for a moment,
" Well, Until you come to a conclusion why don't you stay with me and because my personal knight? Do you know how to use a sword?"
" Yes of course, I've been training with a sword since I was a child and even went to the Knights Academy in the Capital."
"Do you know that you have mana in you?"
"I.. do?, since when?"
"Have you really never felt something warm inside you,Circling?"
"Well no one in the Royal family has ever been able to use magic,so I was never tested or measured"
"Would like to see for yourself?"
Tara took out a stone tablet from the inventory.
"Just place your hand on this tablet. when you do, depending on how much mana you have will reflect on the intensity of the colored light., it will also read what kind of element or affinity you have.
Cedric wide and suprised....there's no way I have magic. He placed his hand on the tablet and a bright blue and red color started shinning.
" You have the ability to become a water and fire mage"
Cedric was absolutely shocked.
I have magic???
Tara spoke again. " If you like, I can activate your magic for you and hire you a tutor to teach you magic"
Cedric looked up in excitement, " Really? You can do that?"
Tara smiled, after putting the tablet back into her inventory. She asked Cedric to close his eyes, which he obliged.
Tara pressed her hand on his stomach, and gold light came out and then...
"I feel it!"
Cedric opened his eyes to find Tara leaned over with her hand still on his stomach... and gazed at her once again.
"Thank you Lady Ophelia"
"For what?
" For giving me a chance and an opportunity to show my worth.. and for listening to me vent"
Tara lifted her hand from his stomach, then placing it on his cheek.
" Because you are a valuable person that they lost and I've now gained., as long as you serve me well.. I will certainly treat you with well with respect and affection... you are my person now. Remember that " Tara said in a serious affectionate voice
After hearing those words that were now engraved in Cedric's heart and after gazing into those red blazing eyes.. he leaned in and pressed lips against hers.
Tara responding to his kiss, Cedric started to lick her lips then finally parting her lips pushed into her mouth tapping her tongue.
Tara took her hand that was on his cheek and placed it on the back of his head. Then all can hear are the sounds of there kiss.
Tara met his tongue and danced together, Cedric making sure taste all of the inside of her mouth. Then Tara started sucking on his tongue.
While this is happening, Cedric starts to become excited and wrapping one arm around her shoulder as the other held her waist.
Cedric becoming drunk with pleasure from the kiss, started to travel his hand into her shirt touching her soft skin on her stomach...traveling up to her mounds.. squeezing her breast.
Tara moaned through there kiss ..
"mmmm"
