Suddenly, hurried footsteps echoed from behind Lucius.
His mother, older sister, along with Liora and Eleonora, hurriedly made their way to the balcony where Lucius was relaxing. Loretta and Melina followed closely from the back of the group.
They all stood silently near Lucius, observing the pale blue laser beam that created a gigantic circular hole in the clouds, piercing through the atmosphere and reaching into space.
Lucius, through his Omniscient Perception, watched the movement of the laser beam and asked with a hint of confusion, "Isn't it true that fire shouldn't be able to burn in an oxygen-free area like space?"
Hearing this, Liora provided a detailed explanation. "The Frostfire Phoenix is a mythical creature with uniquely magical capabilities. Naturally, the fire they possess differs significantly from ordinary fire."
Lucius nodded in understanding, offering polite thanks as a form of appreciation before returning his gaze skyward.
"Lucius, can you share your super perception with the five of us, excluding Mother?" Isolde asked curiously, eagerly awaiting a positive response from her younger brother, her face imploring.
Lucius was somewhat puzzled as to why his sister would exclude their mother, but seeing his mother's unconcerned reaction, he quickly agreed.
Lucius activated his Empyrean Dominator aura alongside his Omniscient Perception aura. Using the absolute dominion of the Empyrean Dominator, he implanted his perception into the minds of the five women beside him.
Upon gaining such superior perception, the five women, except for Isolde, were visibly astonished and filled with admiration. Not only could they see, but they could also hear the sounds emanating from what they observed.
For an indeterminate amount of time, the pale blue laser—composed of fire and cold energy—continued to streak in a vertical line, traversing the endless void of space.
Moments later, the laser struck a dwarf star, causing it to explode with a massive release of energy. As a result of this colossal phenomenon, asteroids, meteoroids, and various other space objects within a vast radius were instantaneously disintegrated. The shockwave and thermal energy produced were so massive that they traveled at speeds nearly equivalent to light.
"Your superior perception power is truly remarkable, Lucius. Ordinarily, it would be impossible for a Sorcerer, without using certain additional skills, to withstand the overwhelming impact of such intense light and the explosive sound from this phenomenon," Liora sincerely praised, her gaze fixed on the sky, not turning away for an instant.
A few moments later, they all simultaneously shifted their attention to the blue egg in the island's center and a few uninvited guests.
"So this is why you deliberately deactivated the Absolute Citadel barrier, allowing strangers to attempt to tame the Phoenix about to hatch?" Celestia began to understand her friend's intentions and asked Liora to confirm her suspicion.
"Exactly, and that's why we should observe from a closer distance," Liora nodded in agreement with her friend's assumption and offered a suggestion, which everyone promptly accepted.
"Very well, first and foremost, I shall obscure our presence from visual detection using my mastery of Electromagnetic Spectrum Magic," declared Eleonora, channeling a substantial amount of mana. She manipulated the light around them.
In the blink of an eye, the six women and Lucius vanished from sight, invisible to others. This was confirmed when the attendant who had previously served Lucius was left in shock, rubbing his eyes in disbelief as they seemingly disappeared.
Yet, the seven of them could see each other with remarkable clarity.
Swiftly, Lucius employed the Aura of Empyrean Dominator to manipulate space-time, teleporting them instantly several dozen meters away from the altar of the Frostfire Phoenix egg.
Hundreds of men and women of varied ages had gathered near the altar, waiting patiently in line for their turn to touch the egg. No conflicts erupted among them, as such actions would be detrimental to all parties involved at this time.
An elderly woman with long, silver-white hair stepped forward, channeling as much mana as she could into her right hand before touching the massive blue egg, attempting to inject her mana into it.
However, instead of achieving a favorable outcome, the elderly woman was violently repelled by an invisible force emanating from the egg, flung several dozen meters away.
"Urghh---" she groaned, coughing up several gulps of blood. Her body collided with several trees, her eyes rolling back as she lay unconscious.
Witnessing this brutal scene led to a wave of fear and hesitation among the crowd. Should they continue their attempts to tame the egg?
As doubt spread, a handsome young man with blond hair stepped forward, repeating the procedure the elderly woman had attempted. As he touched the egg, his mana was suddenly and completely drained, leaving his body desiccated and frail before disintegrating into a heap of ash.
Now, the crowd was convinced that their chances of taming the Frostfire Phoenix egg were dim at best.
"Damn, even the young master from the esteemed Sorcerous family couldn't conquer that egg!" exclaimed a dark-skinned woman with long brown hair, filled with terror and dread.
"May your soul find peace in the afterlife," intoned a burly monk, his voice firm yet gentle, offering a prayer for the departed soul.
Unwilling to risk their lives, many participants who had intended to tame the Phoenix egg decided to abandon their attempts and left the island.
Only seven individuals remained, appearing far stronger than those who had gone before them.
"What a bunch of cowards," mocked a young, tall, and hefty man.
"Their ambitions are great, yet their resolve and strength are pitifully small," remarked a red-haired woman with burn scars on her face, watching the others leave with a sardonic smile.
"Oh---perhaps you should leave the island as well," Lucius suggested, dropping his disguise with a mildly playful tone. Yet, the violet aura of intimidation he exuded was terrifying and deadly.
The seven formidable individuals felt their hair stand on end, cold sweat pouring down, their eyes widening in absolute terror.
Unconsciously, they took several steps back, as the oppressive aura of intimidation gnawed at their minds.
With battle-honed instincts, the scarred red-haired woman activated her magical fire abilities, launching a high-intensity, wide-diameter laser fire towards Lucius.
"Such a pity," Lucius sighed briefly, lamenting their choice.
Infusing his sword with a destructive violet aura, Lucius swung it vertically, unleashing a sharp wave like a torrent of water cutting through the air at lightning speed.
The laser fire directed at him split into two, dissipating into the air. Before she could react, the red-haired woman was likewise cleaved in two, meeting a foolish end.
Sensing grave danger, the monk beside her launched a golden shockwave shaped like a colossal palm.
Enhancing his legs with the Aura of Empowerment, Lucius darted forward at lightning speed, effortlessly nullifying the shockwave with a horizontal slash of his sword.
"What?!" the monk gasped, stunned to see his attack thwarted by a mere sword strike.
Before he could complete his thought, Lucius was upon him, swiftly decapitating him with a sword enveloped in a sliver of destructive violet aura.
Instantly, the bald head flew off, a fountain of blood painting the air.
Refusing to remain idle, the remaining five unleashed their attacks in unison, coordinating their mana output to synchronize perfectly.
From a colossal water dragon, a serpent-shaped lightning strike, corrosive poison, a massive metallic projectile, to several compressed wind blades, all converged swiftly in a circular formation with Lucius as the central target.
"An interesting display of teamwork," Lucius grinned, appreciating their coordination. "But, alas, you must perish here," he continued, his expression darkening as his voice turned cold.
Moving at the speed of light, Lucius slashed through each incoming attack directly, leaving erratic linear cuts in the air.
Unable to perceive Lucius's movements, the five were caught off guard. Seizing the momentum, he deployed the Aura of Empyrean Dominator, creating his sovereign domain around them.
With simple sword movements, Lucius generated a high-intensity gravitational field, pressing their bodies firmly against the ground.
After a moment, Lucius manipulated the gravitational vectors around him, lifting various solid objects like stones and trees, including the five on the ground, high into the sky.
Lucius prepared a massive rock as the central mass point, attracting all objects into it. Within seconds, a large ball formed from the amalgamation of solid objects at a single point, utilizing gravitational vector control.
The five individuals also found themselves merging with the ball, buried under various solid objects. Minutes later, the ball grew larger and larger, creating a mini planet that appeared both impressive and colossal.
"I suppose that will suffice," Lucius murmured softly, then swung his sword upward, sending the mini planet into the sky, piercing the atmosphere until it reached space.
"Hmm---a foreign naval fleet, just perfect," Lucius sneered wickedly, observing the approach of various warships like destroyers, cruisers, frigates, submarines, and an aircraft carrier towards the island.
Monitoring the fleet's movements through Omniscient Perception, he locked onto their location. Simultaneously, Lucius adjusted the gravitational field of the mini planet and recalibrated the launch vector, modifying the gravitational vector. Once aligned, he drew the mini planet back toward Earth's surface at tremendous speed.

In the heart of a luxury cruise ship, nestled amidst the vast formation of a formidable naval fleet, a striking woman with long, slightly wavy red hair lay leisurely on a custom-designed beach chair. She basked in the sun by the pool's edge, her eyes a vivid shade of crimson, radiating a fiery brilliance as she gazed skyward with a serene smile. Her voluptuous, perfectly proportioned body was elegantly clad in a bikini, her porcelain skin flawless and supple, without a hint of imperfection.
Her ample bosom, approximately a 34 DDD cup, complemented her long torso, tight waist, and shapely hips. Her full, beautifully sculpted derrière completed the enchanting image of womanly allure and maturity that she embodied.
"Report, Admiral Emilia. We are set to arrive in an hour, yet it seems a significant challenge looms on the horizon," announced a silver-haired officer, her hair cut short and her attire the crisp white of naval military formality. She approached the relaxed redhead with a blend of formality and urgency.
Emilia, still gazing skyward, nodded in understanding. She replied with a calm demeanor, "A colossal meteor, poised to strike our entire fleet, am I right?"
The young officer nodded in agreement, responding, "As expected, you perceived it long before our sensor team could capture visual confirmation." Stepping forward, she handed over a tablet displaying the meteor's path, now aligning vertically toward Earth. "We obtained this data via the Arcane satellite. Do you have any orders, Admiral?" she inquired with deference, awaiting commands.
"Maintain our current course and speed. I shall personally deal with the meteor. Prepare the multi-layered magical shields to deflect the remnants," Emilia instructed, rising with authority and purpose.
With a standard salute, the young officer departed, intent on executing the Admiral's orders with precision.
As her aide retreated, Emilia sensed the encroaching darkness, the fiery glow of the meteor's friction with Earth's atmosphere gradually illuminating the scene. She turned her gaze skyward, her smile widening in awe at the sheer magnitude of the oncoming celestial threat to her fleet.
"As anticipated, the young one's power is truly astonishing. It seems the Fleet Admiral did not exaggerate," Emilia mused softly, her voice tinged with admiration. "However, a grave misunderstanding needs rectification. From the start, we were never his adversaries," she continued, her tone serious, aware of a critical miscommunication between the naval communications team and the Duskbringer family.
"Well, no matter. I shall simply destroy it," she declared, a grin of satisfaction spreading across her face as she relished the challenge.
Grasping the massive black mace beside her, Emilia gripped its handle firmly with both hands. Suddenly, searing red magma enveloped the mace and her hands.
"Raging Dragon!!" she bellowed, swinging the mace horizontally skyward, unleashing a colossal, raging magma dragon toward the heavens.
The magma dragon surged with lightning speed, colliding with Lucius's massive meteor. Effortlessly, the ferocious magma dragon pierced through the meteor, obliterating it with immense power and extraordinary destructive force.
As the magma dragon emerged from the meteor's far side, a tremendous explosion ensued, shattering the meteor to pieces, with parts liquefying into molten rock, increasing the magma's volume.
The entire fleet swiftly activated their multi-layered magical barriers, shielding against the debris of the colossal meteor fragments.
Concerned about avoiding excessive environmental damage to the surrounding sea, Emilia dissipated the thermal energy from her magma and the meteor's molten remains, transforming them into obsidian glass through rapid and sudden cooling, achieved by comprehensive thermal energy removal.
