Capítulo 88: 88. Magic Spell

It is my fault; I have jinxed it. Maybe not only jinxed but also provoked it a bit?

Two men stopped me on an empty path leading through a park, a shortcut to the hotel I took, with a bit of hope for the opportunity to test my weapon. Still, when it really came to that, my dumb brain remembered that against a gun, a Taser would be no more than a joke.

It wasn't like the two shadows in front of me had taken out any kind of gun, but who knew if there wasn't one hidden on them? Additionally, I would have preferred one robber instead of two. 

The Taser came with a full set of batteries; the tough lady had made the device ready so I could go and shock people without a worry. And a Taser meant no blood, which was also very practical.

Besides, the lady told me that my new golden treasure (although purchased and not pocketed—it was my new treasure!!) was stronger than others, even knocking out a bear of a man.
