As the morning sun illuminated the snowy peaks of Drum Island, a fresh sense of resolve filled the air. Luffy and the Straw Hat crew had come a long way, and now they faced the most formidable figure on the island: Wapol. On top of Drum Castle, Luffy spotted Wapol and his entourage. Without hesitation, he sprang into action, his eyes gleaming with determination.
"Raja, take care of Nami and Dr. Kureha!" Luffy called out. Raja nodded, his face a mixture of respect and responsibility as he watched his captain, Sanji, and Chopper prepare to confront the tyrant.
Luffy vs. Wapol
The wind whipped around them as Chess informed Wapol of the Straw Hats' arrival. Just as Wapol prepared to issue commands, Luffy burst forward, his fist stretching back. "Gomu Gomu no Pistol!" he shouted, slamming his rubber fist directly into Wapol's stomach, sending him hurtling toward the edge of the castle. Wapol's subordinates scrambled, catching their captain just before he plummeted off the mountain.
Infuriated, Wapol rose to his feet, his fury visible in his twisted expression. Meanwhile, Sanji faced Kuromarimo, Wapol's afro-sporting lackey. Kuromarimo threw his static-charged afros at Sanji, who dodged them with effortless grace. With every dodge, the afros seemed to attach to anything they landed on, sparking as they clung to surfaces around him.
As the fight escalated, Chess shot an incendiary arrow, setting the afros alight. Flames erupted around Sanji, but he remained undeterred, his sharp eyes fixed on protecting Dr. Kureha and their newly injured allies. With a fluid movement, he leaped, spinning through the air to intercept Chess before he could launch another arrow.
Luffy, momentarily out of sight, found himself rummaging through the castle. Grabbing Nami's coat, he wrapped it around himself to stay warm. He rejoined Sanji, ready to face Wapol and his minions with newfound energy. "Let's take them down together!" he called out, and Sanji grinned, eager to finish this fight.
Wapol, however, had other plans. Enraged and desperate, he activated his Baku Baku Factory ability, transforming his body into a grotesque shape as he consumed both Chess and Kuromarimo. Moments later, he spat out a fusion of the two, an ominous-looking warrior called Chessmarimo.
Luffy's fists clenched as he watched the hulking form of Chessmarimo emerge. Wapol smirked as he aimed his cannon arm at Hiriluk's Jolly Roger, taking pleasure in the thought of erasing the symbol of his enemy. He fired, shattering the flag, and as the tattered piece fell, Luffy lunged forward, snatching it from mid-air. He planted the flag back on top of the tower with an unbreakable resolve.
"Don't you dare touch this flag again," Luffy growled, his voice steady with rage.
Undeterred, Wapol aimed his cannon once more, but Luffy stood tall, not flinching as the bullets whizzed past him. He tied the flag down with the sleeve of Nami's jacket, leaving it to wave defiantly in the biting wind.
Luffy turned to Chopper, eyes bright with respect. "Chopper, can you handle Chessmarimo?"
Chopper nodded confidently, his eyes filled with determination. "It'll be a piece of cake," he replied, and with a quick motion, he took his Rumble Ball, his form changing as his powers surged. His enhanced Brain Point sharpened his instincts as he faced Chessmarimo head-on.
Chessmarimo lunged with a set of blazing arrows, but Chopper easily dodged them, his movements precise and deliberate. Enraged, Chessmarimo switched tactics, wielding four massive wooden hammers and swinging them with incredible force. Chopper met the assault with a devastating kick of his own, shattering two of the hammers with his hoof, which could crush even the toughest rocks.
In response, Chessmarimo drew four axes, slashing wildly in an attempt to land a blow. Chopper dodged each attack with ease, his Brain Point allowing him to analyze his opponent's every move. He studied Chessmarimo's form, searching for weaknesses, and his eyes soon narrowed as he identified a vulnerable spot.
Dodging another strike, Chopper leaped forward, landing a powerful punch on Chessmarimo's exposed flank. The force of his blow sent Chessmarimo staggering back, his body collapsing under the weight of Chopper's expertly placed strike.
As Chessmarimo fell, Luffy watched with admiration, his heart swelling with pride at his new friend's strength and courage. "Chopper, you're amazing!" he shouted, fists clenched with excitement.
Amid the cheers, they suddenly realized Wapol was missing.
While everyone was focused on Chopper's battle, Wapol had quietly slipped away, sneaking into the depths of Drum Castle. He had one goal in mind: to reach the armory and consume every weapon within, transforming himself into an unstoppable "human weapon."
Inside the castle, Wapol sprinted down the corridors, fumbling in his pocket for the armory key. However, to his horror, he found the pocket empty. Nami had swiped the key, and he cursed under his breath, his mind racing as he looked for another way to access the weapons.
Sanji, still weakened from his injuries, slowly crawled toward Nami, his relief evident when he realized she was unharmed. Meanwhile, Luffy pursued Wapol, following the trail of crumbs and debris he left behind. As he caught up, Wapol turned to face him, now wielding a newly acquired weapon—a ridiculous seven-barreled cannon.
"Behold my Royal Drum Crown Seven-Shot Bliking Cannon!" Wapol announced grandly, ready to unleash its might. But when he pulled the trigger, the only sound was a faint click. Instead of firing, a cluster of snowbirds flew out, squawking in confusion as they escaped into the sky.
Dalton's Determination and Luffy's Victory
Meanwhile, Dalton and the villagers, accompanied by Zoro, Usopp, and Vivi, made their way up the mountain using the Drum Ropeway. Dalton's face was grim, and as he ascended, he shared his reflections on Wapol's tyranny. He recalled how Wapol's greed had destroyed the island's medical system and how Dr. Hiriluk's vision had changed his perspective on true leadership.
As the villagers arrived, they watched the ongoing battle between Luffy and Wapol with bated breath. Dalton could hardly believe the bravery of the crew fighting for Drum Island, a place they had no obligation to defend.
In a decisive move, Luffy seized Wapol, pulling him into a fierce grapple. "This battle is over!" Luffy declared, his voice ringing with finality. Wapol struggled, shouting about the World Government and his royal status, but Luffy's mind was made up. With one swift motion, he unleashed his Gomu Gomu no Bow Gun, launching Wapol high into the sky.
As Wapol's figure vanished from sight, Luffy raised Hiriluk's flag atop the castle dome once more, his voice carrying a stern warning. "Mess with this flag again, and I'll make sure you regret it."
With Wapol defeated, Chopper's mind drifted back to his time with Dr. Hiriluk. He remembered the kind words and encouragement Hiriluk had given him, urging him to see the world and leave behind his fears. Chopper stood silently, lost in thought, until the sound of approaching footsteps broke his reverie.
As the villagers gathered, they saw Chopper and, unsure of what to think, began murmuring about the "monster" atop the mountain. Dalton stepped forward, silencing them with a commanding tone. "This is no monster," he declared, bowing respectfully. "This is a doctor—a doctor who has protected our kingdom and fought for it."
Moved by Dalton's words, Luffy stepped forward, a fierce expression on his face. "Chopper is our friend and our new crewmate," he announced, daring anyone to object. "So don't call him a monster!"
The villagers, understanding the courage and kindness Chopper had shown, nodded in silent agreement, their initial fear replaced with newfound respect. Dalton bowed low, his voice filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Chopper, for all you've done. We'll rebuild Drum Island, and your efforts won't be forgotten."
Overwhelmed by the attention and recognition, Chopper's gaze shifted downward, his heart racing as he struggled to contain his emotions. But just as he felt ready to retreat, Luffy was by his side, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
As the day drew to a close, Luffy gave Chopper time to say goodbye to Dr. Kureha. Chopper hesitated, his heart torn between the safety of the castle and the unknown adventures awaiting him. When he finally approached Kureha, he felt a pang of fear—fear of leaving behind the only home he'd ever known.
Kureha, ever the stern mentor, scolded him fiercely, accusing him of forgetting all her teachings. "Don't think you can just throw away what I taught you," she growled, hurling objects at him in her frustration.
Chopper, though frightened, stood tall. "I'm not throwing anything away. I'm every bit a man as I am a reindeer," he declared, his voice strong and resolute.
With a frustrated sigh, Kureha waved him off, muttering about foolish dreams. Chopper, bolstered by his crew's encouragement, turned to leave, calling out a final farewell as he dashed through the castle halls.
The Miracle of the Sakura Blossoms
As Chopper rode down the mountain in a sleigh, he looked back one last time. The villagers watched in awe as Kureha fired cannons filled with pink dust into the air, transforming the snowy mountain into a breathtaking display of cherry blossom pink. Chopper's heart swelled as he saw his mentor's gift, a final miracle for the people of Drum Island.
Tears streaming down his face, Chopper turned to his new crew, his new family, who greeted him with open arms and joyous cheers. As the pink blossoms continued to drift down from the mountain, the Straw Hats set sail, leaving behind a kingdom that had found hope and a doctor who had finally found his place.
And as they sailed away, Chopper whispered a promise to himself, vowing to carry the spirit of Drum Island with him on every adventure.
Dr. Kureha after sending her Chopper away entered her castle to found lot books and a liquid potion on table and a Letter.
In that letter says " drinking the potion gives her 30 years of lifespan and DE-ageing effect , Thank you and Dr.Hiriluk for raising our Straw Hat doctor, FRom "Vice- captain" of Straw hat pirates".
