Capítulo 8: MYSTERIOUS PERSON
Manager Fan Zhuo suddenly raised his head up staring at her blanky for a while before bursting out in laughter, "you can stop joking now" he said turning serious. "Take the script with you and study it, I will send you the time and location of the audition. You can leave now" he continued
Shen Jia smiled sweetly before turning serious, "I'm serious Manager Fan, and I'm even willing to pay the termination fee". Shen Jai said seriously.
Manager Fan raised his head to look at her a little amused by her audacity but more annoyed, "do you think you can really pay for the termination fee?, you can barely feed and here you are talking about paying for the termination fee" he said sneering at her.
Shen jia smiled mockingly as she continued, "ohh is this the high level of professionalism a manager should have bringing personal emotions into business, it's seem you are really not fit to be a manager"she said taunting him with a mocking gaze in her eyes.
"You..." His expression changed from that of amusement to fury and shock, 'when had she become so bold she has always been so shy and docile not even daring to look him in the eye but this.. he thought glaring at her intensely.
Snorting loudly he said, "you cannot terminate your contact, you dared to offend the Shen family so how can they let you off so easily" he said before continuing "I will advise you again, take that script and go back and study it and prepare for your audition tomorrow, although the role is a small role that doesn't mean you won't bigger ones in the future, let's not forget a single spark can start a prairie fire" he said softening his facial expressions a like as he convinced her to stay.
"I understand what you mean Manager Fan but I still insist on terminating my contact".
Manager Fan face darkened as he roared at her "are you deaf, can't you understand what I'm saying, you can't terminate your contact, you just can't, you are bouded to us for ten years and until those year are completed you simply can't terminate your contact". How could he let her terminate her contract, because of her beef with the Shen family, they had specially invested into their company and elevated them to their current height just to give her those shitty roles and suppress her, so how could they let her go away, she was simply a money tree to him and the company, he thought feeling even more determined to keep her.
Shen jia looked at her manager in disgust, how could he be so shameless, was he going to force her to stay so he could keep supprssing her?. Well thank goodness she came prepared. Bringing out her she tapped on the first video in her galary and was about to show him, last night she had hacked his phone and saw a video of him sleeping with president Sheng's daughter,vso she saved thinking it would come in handy and it really did.
"Are you...", when a call interrupted her words and action.
Manager Fan looked down at his phone annoyed, seeing it was his superior calling he hurriedly fixed his emotions before picking up the call. Just when he placed the phone to his ear he heard a roar come in from the phone.
"Is there an artist under you named Shen jia who wants to terminate her contract?" the person on the other end of the phone harsh voice sounded out
"Yes chairman.."
"Then what are you waiting for, let her terminate her contract, do you want to destroy my life" the person said screaming at the top of his voice like a madman.
"But President Sheng, Young Master has already collected money from the Shen family to keep her with us and supp.."
"We will refund the money back to them, let her go this instant" President Sheng roared , he heart pounding hard from both fear and anger.
"But the Shen family..."
"Are you questioning my orders, do as I have said and don't you dare take a dime from her, do whatever she asks" he commanded before cutting the call.
'The Shen family, who were they compare to that person! No he couldn't make such a mistake next time, he had to be hundred times more cautious' he thought feeling very frightened.
Manager Fan looked at his phone in shock, what was going on, why was his boss so frightened by a mere useless person like Shen jia? Had she gotten herself a powerful backer that was even stronger than the Shen family?, He thought in realization his face turning pale.
A backer that could make his boss that scared could not to be triffled with. With trembling hands he picked up his phone and called the HR department.
"Prepare a termination contract for Shen jia this instant and send it to my office" manager Fan said to the person on the phone.
"Make it two, I'm going with Zhu boa"Shen jia said arrogantly, although she didn't understand what just happened, she wasn't a fool to let go of such an opportunity.
Gritting his teeth in anger "make it two, also prepare one for an artist named Zhu boa " he said before hunging up.
"Are you satisfied now" he said a little indignant but he didn't show it on his face.
"Not yet I will only be satisfied after signing the termination contract" she said with a smirk.

Not long after, the terminating of the contract was completed.
Zhu boa stood in shock as she held her contract in her hands in disbelief she asked, "how did you..".
"Let just say even the universe is on how side this time so things went smoother than I expected" Shen jia said a gentle smile on her lips as she thought of that mysterious person who had helped her.
With the contract terminated, Shen Jia walked out of Shining Star Entertainment, she had never thought she would be able to leave Shining star entertainment so easily, she had actually prepared to go all out, but who knew.. she thought.
"So what next" said still a little bit dazed from how quickly things had progressed.
"Why don't we talk about it with a cup of tea" Shen Jia replied softly, without needing to pay a dime for terminating her contract, she still had a lot of money to spare.
"Alright..", Zhu boa replied as they both headed to a nearby cafe.
