Kieran wasn't really in love with me. He never did when we were married, and now, now that I had seen proof that he wasn't in love with me now…my world crumbled.

He would never love me. He never had, and while he might have said otherwise, he had no intention of doing so.

I slumped to the floor, clutching the pregnancy test that Amelia had mailed to me.

Kieran was going to be a father. He had impregnated Amelia, and now, now he was going to stay with her and raise the child.

Probably get married too. 

No. Not probably. Definitely.

Kieran would raise another family, while the son we made together was growling up without the presence of a father in his life.

My already fragile heart shattered into pieces.

To think that I had trusted him. What a great fool I was, thinking that his intentions towards me were pure all these while.
