Seonjoo looked at Su Ming-Yu thoughtfully, a faint hint of dissatisfaction flickering in her eyes.
"Mr. Su, may I ask you something?"
Su Ming-Yu immediately guessed what was on her mind. Half jokingly, he said, "It's always a pleasure to work with a beautiful woman."
Hearing this, a slight blush crept onto Seonjoo Kim's cheeks, and she felt a strange flutter in her heart.
Turning her head slightly, she silently studied Su Ming-Yu's profile.
He was incredibly handsome, the kind of man who looked like the boy next door. However, he had an aura of authority that commanded respect.
Especially during contract negotiations, his presence was almost overwhelming.
"Thanks for the compliment, Mr. Su. Would you like to have dinner with me later?" Seonjoo asked tentatively.
Su Ming-Yu shook his head.
"I have something to do tonight. Let's save it for another day."
With that, Su Ming-Yu left the gym.
Seonjoo Kim held the contract in her hands and still found it hard to believe. As she watched Su Ming-Yu's departing figure, she muttered softly, "What a strange man..."

After leaving the gym, Su Ming-Yu went straight to the sales office of Hanyang community.
When Kang Suyeon saw Su Mingyu walk in, her frown instantly disappeared. She greeted him with a bright smile and said, "Ming-Yu, you're finally here. The President is waiting for you upstairs."
Su Ming-Yu nodded and made his way to the conference room.
The room was piled high with contracts - well over two hundred of them.
As soon as Taek Seong-cheol saw Su Ming-Yu, he stood up and approached him.
"Mr. Su, the contracts are finished. A total of 235 units have been sold today. Please come and sign them."
Su Ming-Yu nodded again.
It took almost two hours to sign all the contracts. With that, the commission for the 235 units sold was credited.
Kang Suyeon's face lit up with joy.
In just three days, she had transformed from an ordinary worker into a wealthy woman.
Even now, everything felt like a dream. And it was all thanks to the man standing next to her.
Over the past few days, Kang Suyeon had been frequenting high-end shopping malls, buying expensive skin care products and designer clothes.
She understood the stakes.
As time passed, more women would likely surround Su Ming-Yu. If she wanted to stay by his side, she could never allow herself to become mediocre.
Her wardrobe now consisted entirely of top luxury brands. Each outfit was both elegant and sophisticated.
Combined with her naturally exquisite features and carefully applied makeup, Li Shuxin now radiated a goddess-like charm.
After the contracts were signed, Su Ming-Yu and Kang Suyeon left the office together.
Before leaving, Su Ming-Yu threw her a set of keys.
Kang Suyeon grabbed the keys, got into the driver's seat and started the car without hesitation.
The two of them maintained a quiet understanding, carefully avoiding any mention of what had happened the day before.
It had to be said Kang Suyeon was a remarkably intelligent woman.
"Ming-Yu, let me treat you to some seafood tonight, okay?" she asked with a playful smile.
Su Ming-Yu raised an eyebrow at her choice of words. Turning to look at her, he noticed the stark transformation she had undergone in just three days.
What had once been an innocent, inexperienced girl was now a confident, charming woman.
Su Ming-Yu couldn't help but marvel at how much money had changed her - from the inside out.
But fortunately, everything seemed to be going in the right direction.
"Alright, I'll book a private room," Su Ming-Yu agreed.
Kang Suyeon giggled mischievously.
"Hee hee... there's a surprise for you tonight!" she said, her eyes sparkling with a hint of cunning.
"Oh? Then I'll look forward to it," Su Ming-Yu replied.
As he spoke, his hand casually moved over the console to rest somewhere suggestive.
Kang Suyeon's body stiffened slightly as she cast a seductive glance at Su Mingyu.
"Stop it! I'm still driving!"
"You drive your car and I drive mine. Seems fair to me..." Su Ming-Yu teased with a mischievous grin.
