Just like that, two new techniques entered my arsenal: Repeater and Question Field. Both had potent uses, but neither could be publicly revealed. Especially Question Field—the ability to discern truth on a mass scale would attract more than a little attention. Lie-detection magic users were heavily restricted, often bound by the government, as their magic unveiled secrets no one was supposed to uncover. Thankfully, my magic interference protected me from being detected by these users.
