The entire battlefield was in utter chaos, thick blood was splattered all over the ground, dyeing the golden sand of the desert crimson. Horrified shrieks filled the horrid air as the shrill din sounds of metals clashing nullified them.

A Verdant soldier retracted his blade, placing it in front of him to defend himself from an overwhelming strike of his opponent… only for him to get stabbed from behind, a spear penetrating his chest. The soldier tried to turn to see one last time to see who had killed him, but his opponent's sword sliced his head off that very moment, and with a low thud, his lifeless body fell to the hot desert ground as blood pooled around him.
