Capítulo 35: A Dark Plan (Part 1)

The monster let out a chilling screech as it lunged forward, its scythes glinting ominously in the dark waters. Kai's heart raced as he tracked the creature's swift movements. It was incredibly agile underwater, and a thought crossed his mind: how powerful would it be on land? He didn't have time to dwell on that.

As the monster closed in, it swung one of its scythes toward his head. Kai reacted instinctively, evading the blow just in time. The scythe sliced through the water, striking the ground with a force that sent shockwaves rippling outward. Cracks spiderwebbed from the impact, and Kai noted, 'Those scythes are dangerous.'

The monster's eyes locked onto him again, and it swung for his side. This time, he raised his blade to block the attack, the force of the impact pushing him back through the murky sea. He landed several meters away, his feet digging into the hard ground, quickly adopting a defensive stance.
