"Please watch over June for me." Keira walked Ethan to his car under the watchful eyes of the others. The cool summer breeze tussled her hair as it passed them by. Her beautiful brown locks had a soft golden glow under the noon sunlight. "Take care of yourself, Grandpa."

Ethan glanced at the girl in contemplation. He had worried about her return to the estate that housed her foe in the form of a sister, but seeing her remain calm with a gentle smile had put him at ease. This was a battle she needed to fight, and he would be there watching and waiting to give her a helping hand when she needed it.

Does he want a hug?

Seeing him refuse to enter the car and choosing to stare at her was making her nervous. She cautiously stepped forward, hands timidly wrapping around the old man's sturdy torso for a hug.
