Capítulo 195: The lingering chaos at the hospital

Ava stared at Dylan, her mouth agape in shock. Disbelief mingled with anger in her gaze. Her lips parted to voice her frustration, but before she could speak, the guards stepped forward, gripping Mathew Fisher's arms and beginning to haul him away.

"Dr. Smith, please save me," Mathew hollered. "This is outrageous. How can you allow such hooliganism in a hospital?"

The Dean raised a hand, halting the guards in their tracks. His expression was calm but authoritative. "Dr. Fisher, please cooperate in the investigation," he said firmly.

Mathew's frantic eyes darted between the Dean and the guards. "Investigation? For what?" he asked frantically.

Ava, equally perplexed, couldn't stay silent. "What's going on? What investigation are you talking about?"

"He initially refused to do the surgery," Dylan explained, meeting Ava's gaze. "But then he suddenly changed his mind once we finalized Doctor Henry. Your action is suspicious."
