Capítulo 51: Poison on paper

Third person's POV

"Oh, moon goddess!" The figure mumbled. 

As Aiden's consciousness slipped away, the figure in the shadow stepped into the dim light illuminating through the window. 

It was Thomas, the Alpha's cook and head of servant. 

"This is worse than I thought ..." Thomas muttered under his breath as he knelt beside Aiden's unconscious form. 

He touched his body and realized he was burning with fever and blood was still seeping from his wounds. 

Without hesitation, Thomas grabbed the medical supplies he had brought with him - clean cloths, healing herbs, and water. His movements were quick but gentle as he began cleaning the wounds.

"Such unnecessary stubbornness. Well, I suppose that is what makes a warrior." He whispered, shaking his head as he worked. 

"These herbs will heal the wounds faster..." Thomas said gently as he applied herbs on the wounds, as if Aiden could hear him.
