After Kiado arrived in wano , Kurozumi start her plan , one of the shogun Sukiyaki maid who was actually Kurozumi accomplish poisoned him, as Orochi with his man kidnapped him and Kurozumi Higurashi impersonated the Shogun, declared Orochi as temporary Shogun.
Ather Orochi became shogun, his policies were unpopular among the people, particularly those outside the Flower Capital. His discriminatory actions led to increased opposition, which he responded to with further repression and violence, exacerbating the unrest.
The tension between Orochi's brutal policies and the people's growing dissatisfaction sets the stage for Kaido to take advantage of the situation.

Onigashima
King, in his full regalia, flies toward the massive skull structure that looms over Onigashima. He enters through one of the eye sockets, navigating the dimly lit corridors with purposeful strides. As he approaches a door, he pushes it open without hesitation.
Inside, Kaido stands amidst a grueling training session. The heavy clink of Sea-Prism dumbbells echoes in the room as Kaido lifts them with ease, his muscles straining against the weight of the Sea-Prism Stone. The training is meant to push his endurance against Devil Fruit weaknesses, testing the limits of his power.
King steps into the room, bowing slightly. "Captain, I have collected all the information you requested."
Kaido drops the dumbbells with a heavy thud, his breath steady despite the intense workout. His eyes gleam with a dangerous glint as he turns to King.
"Just in time," Kaido growls, his deep voice reverberating through the room. "It's time to give Wano their New Year's gift."
He lets out a low, rumbling laugh, the kind that signals a storm is about to break.
**31st December, 1496 — Sea Calendar**
The winds howled over the barren land as Kaido and his crew gathered, their presence casting long shadows under the setting sun. Kaido stood at the center of the group, his towering form unshakable as always. His crew looked on in silence, anticipation thick in the air.
As Kaido stood firmly in place, a white cloud began to form beneath his feet, spiraling outward in a circle. The cloud grew rapidly, expanding until it covered the 5 kilometres square area of land where his crew stood. The crew exchanged glances, as the cloud thickened and started lifting them gently off the ground.
Without much effort, the entire section of land—Kaido and his crew included—began to rise. The ground beneath them faded away as they were carried upward, floating higher and higher into the sky. As everyone cheers and ready to accomplish task to prove themselves.
The landmass drifted upward, soon disappearing into the clouds above, leaving the earth far behind.
As the land soared higher, piercing through the layers of clouds, the world below began to shrink, becoming a distant . Soon, the floating island disappeared entirely into the sea of clouds above, leaving only the faintest trace of its passage in the winds.
"Though I don't think so, I do hope you can give me suprise, Orochi"Kaido stood at the forefront, his eyes scanning the horizon with a wild grin . "worororo, it's show time"

As the plan unfolded, Kaido's crew split into groups, each assigned a critical task in the coordinated strike against Orochi's forces. Everyone was focused but they don't think their will be much to expect , even then the crew knew that don't take any fight lightly as it result in their life, they make sure to follow their respective objectives.
Kaido, accompanied by four of his regular crew members, set their sights on the Flower capital Shogun buliding , Kaido face was relaxed as if taking down the stronghold was just another day's work.
Meanwhile, King flew off with Wali and Jack, heading toward Kibi. Their mission: to take out the main weapons arsenal that Orochi had built with the money he had begged from Oden. They knew what had to be done and moved on without much talk.
At the same time, Queen took a different route. He was off to Udon Prison, where Shogun Sukiyaki and a skilled blacksmith were being held. His task was twofold: free the shogun and the blacksmith, offer job to Blacksmith , record their identity and their forging method.
When Queen reached the prison, he met Mimawarigumi , the police force, he casually took on the guards in his usual chaotic style, facing off with them in a way that felt more like a game than a serious battle.
As Queen strolled through the prison, his oversized frame swaggered with a chaotic energy. He wasn't taking this raid seriously—his usual eccentricity shining through even as he overpowered the Mimawarigumi, Wano's elite police force, as if it were child's play. He toyed with them, laughing and taunting as he easily overwhelmed their Haki-infused strikes.
"Muhahaha! Too slow! Come on, give me a challenge!" Queen laughed wildly as his cybernetic enhancements outmaneuvered their every move. With a flick of his wrist, he neutralized the last of them, leaving the police force scattered and unconscious.
Once the guards were subdued and secured, Queen and his crew made their way deeper into the prison. One of Crew combed through the files, reviewing each prisoner's profile. For the common citizens, Queen waved his hand dismissively and allowed his men to escort them out. But when they encountered criminals and dangerous figures, they restrained them, planning to bring them back for Kaido .
As they moved deeper into the prison, the atmosphere grew heavier. The corridors were dimly lit, with a sense of dread hanging in the air. Queen's steps echoed as he approached the farthest, darkest cell, his curiosity piqued by the reports of a mysterious prisoner held deep within the complex.
Queen reached the dark, barred cell. With a simple yank of his mechanical arm, he ripped the iron bars apart, and as the dust settled, a figure emerged from the shadows. A man of slightly above average height stepped forward, his black hair split into three tufts pointing upward at the front. His kimono and robe, adorned with delicate flower patterns, gave him an air of grace despite his captivity.
It was Shogun Kozuki Sukiyaki.
