Roderick and Ivy arrived in the VIP ward, where Ivy's mother was admitted.

"Roderick, you here?" Harvey Stone asked with a shocking gaze as he lifted from the chair.

"Ivy informed me regarding Mrs. Stone. Is she fine?" Roderick asked.

"Mira is out of danger with god's grace and is asleep now," Harvey replied.

"I see. Here, I bought a bouquet for Mrs. Stone on my way here with Ivy," he said.

"That's so sweet of you, Roderick," Harvey stated and accepted the bouquet from him. He looked at his daughter, wondering she was together with Roderick now. If that was the case, then it was wonderful.

"Dad, I'll put them inside the vase," Ivy said, stepping ahead after placing her small handbag on the white table.

"I will go and meet the doctor in-charge," Roderick said and excused himself.
