Capítulo 30: A Room [Edited]

When I was a child, my mind often wandered to peculiar places.

Strange thoughts would creep in at some point, thoughts that...

... never made sense.

What if my life was part of a story?

That was one of them.

I thought, perhaps a novel, or perhaps...

....a movie.

If that were true, wouldn't my destiny already be written?

Could this so-called "destiny" be nothing more than a script?

A script, like the pages of a screenplay, dictating every moment, every choice, every end.

An actor may read the lines that lead to their character's demise, but they can't change them.

Because for the story to move forward, that character must fall.

But what happens if they don't?

What if, against all odds, that character refuses to die?

Wouldn't the story unravel, distorted beyond recognition?

So, is destiny truly unchangeable? Immutable?

Perhaps.
