Capítulo 177: The Morning ( Disaster) Report

Elara had hoped a good night's sleep might smooth out the edges of last night's strange, tense encounter with Amara. Unfortunately, sitting around the grand Lyselle dining table the next morning, she realized nothing had changed. In fact, Amara seemed even more distant and eerily familiar in a way that made Elara's stomach twist. She could feel the eyes of everyone else in the room on Amara, each of them noticing the subtle but unmistakable return of… the old Amara.

The long, polished table was filled with an awkward silence that not even Helena's best imported croissants could fix. Felix cleared his throat, pulling everyone's attention to him. He had the misfortune of delivering the news that had dragged them out of bed early.

"Alright," Felix began, glancing around nervously before his eyes landed on Amara. "We've got some updates on the… photo incident."
