Capítulo 123: Samui is Now Drowning in an Indescribable Emptiness
"What do you mean, I can't just skim a bit off the top like I did with Tsunade?" Sakura asked curiously. "What's so different about these two cases?"
As mentioned previously, the Host will inherit a Jujutsu— a Cursed Technique— from Samui's breast chakra. The goal is to evoke in her a deep-seated grudge, causing her breast chakra to become impregnated with the resentment of having one's breasts stolen.
One could not truly experience loss without knowing what it was like to have— and no one could understand loss better than those who had everything to lose.
For example, despite Naruto and Sasuke both being orphans, Naruto could not truly understand the extent of Sasuke's despair. No one could deny that it was sad that Naruto had never got to experience the warmth of a mother or the steady guiding hand of a father, but his experience growing up in the village in no way compared to Sasuke's tragedy— to know what it was like to have a family, only to have it all ripped away before his very eyes.
Forced to watch, yet powerless to stop the tragedy unfolding before him…
"So, I really do have to take it all," said Sakura, trying to convince herself it was all for the best. "For Hinata's sake…"
Sakura drew her sword, psyching herself up as she stepped over Samui's unconscious body. She would need the chakra boost from the System for the upcoming fights, but she couldn't afford to carry Samui's burden— so, she would just have to get rid of the extra mass, following the steps the System had just detailed for her…
"Breast Flow!"
The Manyuu Blade cleaved through Samui's chest, at first glance leaving it unharmed. But then, her large breasts wobbled slightly, before starting to rapidly deflate…
"Ngh…"
Simultaneously, Sakura's own enormous I-cups began shuddering and shaking within her already tight dress— and a split second later, they started growing. She tried biting her lip to avoid letting out a moan of ecstasy, but the feeling of pleasure coursing through her body was overpowering…
Feeling her legs turning to jelly, Sakura fell to her knees, but as the weight on her chest kept building up, she tipped over and fell on top of Samui. Sakura felt Samui's dwindling peaks sinking into her own mammoth breasts, until finally, she was lying on nothing more than ribs.

Obviously, Sakura's previous calculations had been off— instead of stopping at an N-cup (which was taking into consideration Nii Yugito, which Sakura hadn't even met yet), she had ended up at a staggering O-cup.
The reason for her miscalculation was clear— despite Samui's breasts being mere H-cups compared to Sakura's initial I-cups, Samui was an adult woman with a much larger band size than hers. Even though Samui's cup size was alphabetically smaller, the volume of flesh within her breasts was actually much greater!
"They're so heavy!" Sakura gasped, as she struggled to her feet. "Whoa!"
'Arch your back,' Inner Sakura suggested. 'That'll help with our centre of gravity…'
Sakura tripped over her feet and fell over forwards, sending ripples of pain through her massively augmented front. If it hadn't been for Tsunade's extraordinary strength buffing her, she doubted she'd have even been able to stand up to begin with…
"And now, for the tricky part," Sakura muttered to herself. "Here goes nothing…"
Sakura flipped a kunai into her palm, aiming its blade towards her own chest.
'Think unsexy thoughts,' said Inner Sakura encouragingly. 'Concentrate on the miasma!'
Closing her eyes, Sakura quickly identified the pulsating mass of dark malice within her chest. This was her target— if she missed, she would lose some of her hard-earned affinities…
Due to her mixed Manyuu-Munamori bloodline, Sakura would end unconsciously using Breast Flow, even when using a Manyuu sword technique. Furthermore, due to her endless love for busty women, Sakura couldn't stop herself from stealing breast chakra every single time— proof of her immaturity. Even so, as long as she focused properly, Sakura would be able to use Manyuu techniques as they were intended…

In the world of Manyuu Hikenchou, there is something known as the Nyūmyaku— the Breast Pulse, or the Breast Vein. It's sort of similar to the Naruto world's Ryūmyaku— the Dragon Vein from the land of Rōran— except that it's accessible to all women, and it causes all women's breasts to grow and to flourish— albeit at different rates.
Normally, a woman's breast chi/chakra would be unique to her— in other words, utterly incompatible with other women. The Munamori's Breast Flow was designed to accommodate foreign breast chakra within one's chest, but the Manyuu-style Breast Severance that Sakura had just used was something else entirely.
Indeed, Manyuu techniques target and sever the Breast Vein— causing all of the victim's accumulated Breast Chakra to return to the Pure Land. This has two direct consequences: the first being the deflation of the target's breasts, and the second being that the target can no longer grow her breasts naturally ever again.
(Since Sakura has multiple Breast Veins, she'll be fine on that front, so no need to worry)
However, what would happen if this breast 'exorcism' failed? What if so much hatred accumulated in the target's breast chakra, to the extent that it could not find its way back to the Pure Land…?

Violent, searing white-hot pain flared across Sakura's chest— copious amounts of pitch-black fluid spurted out of her breasts, causing them to rapidly deflate. Liquid tendrils of pure malice slowly oozed and tightened around her neck, trying to strangle her to death…
The Host is encouraged to finalize the process before the Host is strangled by their own breasts—
"Shut… up…!" Sakura grunted. "I… know…!"
Normally, this was the unstoppable part of the Jujutsu that would attack her enemies, but unfortunately for her, Sakura hadn't acquired one of the prerequisites yet—she needed Hidan's scythe before she could actually begin to learn the System's technique.
So, for now, as the target of the grudge, Sakura was bearing the full brunt of Samui's hatred…
Sakura rolled over to Karui's unconscious body and slashed at her with her kunai, opening a bloody gash across her washboard chest. Attracted by the open wound and the faint smell of breast chakra within, the inky tendrils of darkness finally released their hold on Sakura's neck. The black tentacles inched and crawled towards Karui, before finally slipping into her open wound and disappearing inside…
'Let's never do that again,' said Inner Sakura wearily. 'That was horrible…'
"Ugh," groaned Sakura, as she lay on her back on the hard ground, resting her head on Karui's rapidly burgeoning breasts. "I agree…"
