Capítulo 3: CHAPTER 3 : It's the start
I wake up as the sunlight started to hit my face from my open window at my room. Today is my birthday, I'm finally 6 this year.
I made my way to the bathroom to wash my face and also brushed my teeth. After that I go my room to check myself on a body mirror I have here.
I'm lean looking kid, I have average height for 6 years old, black hair, pointed nose, and my most noticeable feature is my Heterochromia eyes. The color of my eye is the normal light brown color while my left eye is blue. As blue as the sky can get.
As I look at my reflection at the mirror I only have one word to describe myself. 'Handsome' that's the thought that I have on my mind at the moment.
"hahaha I thank whoever made me like this! I'm as handsome as the word handsome can get. " I said to myself while making various poses at the mirror.
"You have my genes to thank for that sweetheart" I suddenly heard my mom says chuckling from the doorway.
Oops she heard me as I look at my mom scratching my head embarrassed.
"Hehe mom don't suddenly pop up like that" I said as I made my way towards her. As I look at my mom I can't refute at what she just said because my mom is beautiful with clean white skin, black hair, and her big rounded eyes, I wonder what my mom sees at dad when she decided to marry him hehe just kidding.
"Goodmorning young man, happy birthday to my favourite son" she said as she kissed me at my cheeks. There's this warm feeling at my chest every time I experienced my parents love for me. I am really glad of this second life of mine.
"Hehe thanks mom but I'm your only son anyways" I said as she carried and yes I don't have any siblings I'm an only child.
"Never mind the details young man let's go down to eat now, dad is waiting downstairs."
"Okay!" I replied with a smile on my face. So we made our way downstairs and I've seen dad waiting at the table at us and as he saw me he immediately smiled so wide making his way over us.
"Happy birthday Jiro! Let's eat and we'll show you our gift after that okay?" Dad said as I smiled at the mention of gift. I wonder what it is hehe.
"Okay!" I replied beaming with a smile so bright my old man have to cover his eyes hehe
He takes me from mom and put me at my chair in our dining table and wow! I've just noticed but mom cooked a lot of food today!
When I says a lot I mean it, the table is literally full of different dishes. My mouth watered at the sight in front of me, I heard mom and dad chuckled at my reaction which I pay no mind.
They both started singing happy birthday song for me while mom is holding a chocolate cake, I don't know where she suddenly got that since I didn't notice it but I teared up at the sight in front of me. I cried like a child I am physically.
"Why are you crying sweetheart?" Mom asked as she looked at me with a hint of worry in her eyes and I could see it on dad too.
"Nothing, I'm just so happy" I replied softly still wiping my tears. As I said that I saw them smiling there's no trace of worry anymore in both of their eyes.
"Now go blow the candle and make your wish young man" dad said smiling at me. I just nod at him and close my eyes to make my wish.
'I already got my wish when I've reincarnated so I'll just wish for my families safety all of the time' I thought as I blow the candle.
After that we just eat peacefully and talked as usual. When we finished eating dad asked me if I wanted to see their gift to me and I said yes as I was excited to know what it is so we walked towards the television area and there I saw a big gift box! I run onto it excitement evident in my eyes.
"Mom, dad what is it?" I asked my eyes twinkling with stars hehe. You probably wondered why I'm so excited like a kid over a gift it's because in a matter of fact I am one, physically and I never received things like this when I was a kid in my past life as I grew up in an orphanage.
"Let's open it hehehe I'm sure you'll like it" dad said as he begun opening the box with scissors and as it is fully opened. I was stunned as my gaze landed at the things inside. There is a baseball inside, pitcher's glove and a kid baseball bat, I immediately reach out my hand to touch the baseball as if it's calling me. Hehe after 6 long years I've finally managed to touched one again I thought as I held it in my hands.
"Happy birthday again Jiro! Do you like it?" Mom said at the back looking at me.
I just smiled at them and replied.
"Yes, I love it"
"Now let's play catch outside Jiro!" My old man said laughing showing me a glove of his own.
"Let's go dad hehe" I said making my way outside. I'm really excited to try pitching after so many years, Jiro thought.
"Dad hurry up!" I shouted while rotating my shoulder because I'm already at the backyard and dad is still inside laughing with mom.
"Okay Jiro, excited ehh" My old man said walking towards me while shaking his head and as he stand Infront I throw the ball at his glove perfectly which made him smile.
I smiled at that too,since it marks the start of my baseball career once again. This time I'll dominate that place as I've always dreamed.
I am playing baseball again.

DoggoWrites I'm still trying to build up the story so it'll be like after chapter 5 is the story going to begin. Jiro doesn't have any idea that he's reincarnated inside diamond no ace yet.
