Moon slowly looked up at Aiden's face, her heart hurting as she remembered what she had just seen when she entered the house.

Aiden kissing Ariel in front of her hurt her more than the death of her biological parents.

Even if she wanted to be honest and apologize to him for what happened last night, with what she saw in the living room, she wasn't going to be honest anymore.

Since Aiden no longer treated her the way he used to, there was no need to treat him the same way anymore, she had to switch her game to a more intense one.

"Aiden...I didn't intend to drug you; I never knew the wine bottle was spiked, I guess someone was trying to make me look like a bad person before you," Moon looked innocent like an angel.

Aiden furrowed his brows; he regarded Moon with confused eyes. Had he been imagining things? He thought he saw Moon come into his car with an unopened bottle of wine, so how can someone spike an unopened bottle?
