This has to be a fanfiction.net writer who has never read many non-human stories and at the same time lives a cushy life with everything handed to them. isekai stories about the protagonist constantly whining and wishing to come back to this poisoned black world are not popular. The story is fractured to show how fractured the mc’s pov is but it is disorientating to read. poorly written. Nonhuman stories following some moral character descending away from morality are mainstream ideas that don’t get the cult following as nonhuman characters who embrace it to a larger degree. Wrong audience posting on this platform. Might be good to people who have never come across these overused tropes but I’m not sure who like to read whining.

I want to like this fic but by God the way you write everything is just, it feels like you purposefully choose the worst possible way to describe a scene, repeat words, explain far too much all the damn time, not showing anything just telling, the dialogue and interactions being FAR too direct to feel human. I read 23 chapters and from beginning to end it felt like you tried to force me to feel something instead of trying to get that emotion.
