Capítulo 51: Dirty Hybrid

Liz's words were filled with disgust as she looked at Callan, her supposed mate.

"You are my mate? Seriously? A dirty hybrid like you? Ugh…" Liz groaned.

But Callan wasn't bothered by her insult, maintaining a smug grin on his face. "A dirty hybrid? I'm not sure what you're talking about. I shower daily and wear cologne. Want to smell for yourself?" he replied with a bored tone.

"Don't try to be clever. I despise hybrids. I thought Sophia was the only one who got stuck with one…or rather, two. And now my mate is a hybrid too?! This is a nightmare," Liz rolled her eyes in frustration.

"Hey, don't forget that I rescued you," Callan retorted, walking closer to her with a cocky swagger.

"You are welcome, darling," he said.

She hesitated and looked down at the ground. "Sorry. Thank you for getting me out of there. You are not that bad."

Callan was standing close to her now. He reached out and touched her cheek.
