The blast door groaned as it moved under emergency power. Stark whitish-gray corridors stretched ahead, sterile and empty. The facility's pristine surfaces reflected a harsh yellow light that mixed with the cerulean energies pooling in the air. Hazy sections of the greens it formed looked like shifting and clouds of poison.

Despite that, the space felt more like an abandoned research hospital than a military bunker.

Naia could feel her harmonic energy being distorted in a way that made her skin prickle. Her staff pulsed faintly as she tried to get a read on the patterns as they walked. Evander's authoritative voice cut through the overall silence after studying his terminal for a while.

"Squad movement pattern remains from our previous installation dives. Poros, check that security checkpoint. Everyone else, standard sweep formation."
